    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cable anchorage device which is for use in anchoring a cable to an anchoring girder by setting a cable introducing device onto the anchoring girder, wherein the cable anchoring device can anchor the cable onto an upper surface of the anchoring girder, and to obtain a cable anchoring method using the cable anchorage device.
      SOLUTION: The cable anchoring device 1 is for use in anchoring the hanging cable 5 to an anchoring body 3 by drawing the hanging cable 5 having a cable socket 11 at a distal end toward the anchoring girder by the cable introducing device set on the anchoring girder 3. The cable anchoring device is formed of: a cylindrical member 13 which is protruded upward from the anchoring girder 3, allows the cable socket 11 to be inserted therein, and has a screw portion in an internal surface thereof; and a split ring 15 which has an external screw screwable to the screw portion of the cylindrical member 13, and is radially split. After insertion of the cable socket 11 into the cylindrical member 13, the split ring 15 is screw-fixed to the cylindrical member 13, and the cable socket 11 is held by the split ring 15.
