SOLUTION: This liquid housing bag is equipped with a bag main body 1 being constituted of two sheets of a synthetic resin sheet such as vinyl having flexibility, and a spout 10 having a flange 13 of which the cross section is a ship-shape, which is constituted of a synthetic resin, etc., and protrudes downward from a mouth part 11 and a flange part 12, and in the tightly joined bag main body 1, a sheet member 20 which prevents the bag main body 1 from joining, is enclosed. Then, on the sheet member 20, a total of 14 long oval shaped openings 21 are formed in the longitudinal direction of the bag in two rows, so that the internal surface of the bag may not join to the surface of the sheet member 20, and an uneven part is formed into a grid-shape in a manner to surround each opening 21. This unevenness is integrally formed by making the front surface side into a protruding part 23, and the rear surface side into a recessed part 24, and the recessed part 24 is formed into a rib-shape so that it may form an extended groove.
