    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple assay method capable of simply and rapidly specifying a substance to be detected showing positive reaction by testing a plurality of substances to be detected by one assay device in an examination method of a specimen using a flow-through type membrane enzyme immunoassay method and having good user's convenience and high reliability. SOLUTION: A device, which includes a membrane wherein a plurality of capturing reagents which can be bonded to different detection targets, are bonded at mutually separated positions, the filter positioned at the upstream part of the membrane and an enzyme labelling reagent part, which contains a plurality of enzyme labelling reagents capable of being bonded to the different detection targets positioned at the upstream part of the filter, is used. In the assay method, (i) a specimen is added to the enzyme labelling reagent part to form a mixture of the specimen and the enzyme labelling reagent, the mixture is filtered by the filter to be added to the surface of the membrane and the detection target is captured by the capturing reagent to form an immune composite comprising capturing reagent-detection target-enzyme labelling reagent and (ii) a substrate liquid to enzyme is subsequently dripped on the membrane.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for calculating the content of a specific component in vaccine.
      SOLUTION: An antigen is added to a gel containing an antibody, the sedimented ring formed by the antigen-antibody reaction in the gel is captured in a computer as an image by an image capture means, the captured image is displayed on a display by the computer, and the end point of the sedimented ring displayed as the image is determined using visual aid to automatically measure the length of its diameter. Further, an X-Y table is used and automatically moved to successively capturing all of the sedimented rings as images by a camera to successively display the images on the display, and the end points of all of the sedimented rings are determined by visual aid to automatically measure the lengths of the diameters of the sedimented rings. By this method, required labor is reduced as compared with a conventional method, a work time required in measurement is shortened and the occurrence of the reading mistake caused by fatigue is reduced.

Next, when the member 4 is inserted, only a hole is bored without tearing by using the composite sheet and a liquid to be inspected is sucked by a pipe 4B. For this reason, the evaporation of the liquid to be inspected is prevented effectively.
