    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify the base sequence of a gene related to the good or bad prognosis of neuroblastoma, and to provide its genetic information and information related to the function of a protein which is the transcriptional product of the gene. SOLUTION: The prognosis of human neuroblastoma is assayed, and cDNA libraries are made from a good prognosis clinical tissue and a bad prognosis clinical tissue, respectively. About 2,400 clones are cloned from two kinds of the cDNA libraries and then classified on the basis of the good prognosis of human neuroblastoma or the bad prognosis of human neuroblastoma. A gene whose expression is increased only in the good prognosis clinical tissue of the neuroblastoma, and its mutated gene are found. Their amino acid compositions and base sequences encoding the amino acid compositions are clarified.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate not only the manufacturing of a unit side drain body having a cross-section equal to or larger than the unit side drain body forming a plurality of stream outlets in the upper side but also the construction in accordance with conditions of a site and to provide a drain cover of the side drain equipped with the steam outlets capable of reducing thereby manufacturing cost and construction cost of the side drain. SOLUTION: Since stream outlets 5 connected to a channel 7 in a side drain are formed in at least the end sides of a boundary block 4, it is safe also for a walker and, at the same time, fluid such as rainwater, etc., flowing down on the road surface can be smoothly collected. In respect of manufacturing and construction work, a conventional core is not required, the steam outlets 5 can be easily molded because of a narrow molding area, and manufacturing cost or construction cost of the side drain can be reduced since construction in accordance with conditions of a site is facilitated.
