摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify the base sequence of a gene related to the good or bad prognosis of neuroblastoma, and to provide its genetic information and information related to the function of a protein which is the transcriptional product of the gene. SOLUTION: The prognosis of human neuroblastoma is assayed, and cDNA libraries are made from a good prognosis clinical tissue and a bad prognosis clinical tissue, respectively. About 2,400 clones are cloned from two kinds of the cDNA libraries and then classified on the basis of the good prognosis of human neuroblastoma or the bad prognosis of human neuroblastoma. A gene whose expression is increased only in the good prognosis clinical tissue of the neuroblastoma, and its mutated gene are found. Their amino acid compositions and base sequences encoding the amino acid compositions are clarified.

The method comprises culturing the bacteria in a medium containing 0.2-4.0 wt.% glutamic acid and 0.05-0.5 wt.% absorbent. The controlling agent contains the sporangium including the spore of the Bacillus popillia and the parasporal body obtained by the production method as an active ingredient. The controlling method of the insects of the Scarabaeidae comprises spraying the controlling agent on the soil in which the insects of the Scarabaeidae inhabit.

SOLUTION: Rotting is prevented by adding solid common salt to the shellfish guts of the trough shell and adjusting it to the density (weight/volume) of 16-21%. Soy sauce malt for the amount of 1/4-1/2 of the weight of the shellfish guts is added and it is fermented, aged, filtered by a filter cloth, filtered on celite after burning and turned to this seasoning. Also, it is preferable to process the shellfish guts by a proteolytic enzyme before being mixed with the common salt and the soy sauce malt.
