The cross-sectional shapes of the respective foothold plates are formed so as to be the maximum in the top surface or a part close thereto.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an auger screw for conveyance and a conveyor, capable of performing the smooth conveyance without causing retention in a succession part, etc., and useful for cabbages, etc., by helically forming recessed grooves and protruding ridges in a straight rod shaft and changing the depth of the recessed grooves, raising feed operating surfaces of the protruding ridges in a nearly vertical state and forming the operating surfaces. CONSTITUTION:This auger screw 47 for conveyance is obtained by alternately forming helical recessed grooves 45 and protruding ridges 46 in the shaft direction on the surface of a straight rod shaft 44. The inside diameter including the recessed grooves 45 is changed in a tapered form of a greater groove depth in the opposite directions of the conveyance in a screw part 48 of a partial length of the straight rod shaft 44 and the outside diameter including the protruding ridges 46 is the same over the full length of the straight rod shaft 44. Feed operating surfaces 50 of the protruding ridges 46 in the screw part 48 are raised in nearly a vertical state in the shaft direction and formed to provide the auger screw 47 for the conveyance. Furthermore, this conveyor 42 is preferably constituted by installing a pair of the screws 47 parallel in the shaft direction side by side on the shafts so as to mutually rotate in the inward direction and forming a bosom 51 due to the opposite recessed grooves 45 in the tip part of the straight rod shafts 44.

Furthermore, the apparatus is equipped with an upper conveying part 54 at the top of the formed head part of the conveyed harvested vegetables above an auger screw 33 and before the cutting blade 50 in the conveying direction and the conveying speed of the upper conveying part 54 is preferably set at a lower one than that of the auger screw 33 so that the axial center of the formed head part having the upper side thereof tilted in the conveying direction by nipping the rhizomatic part with the auger screw 33 may intersect the cutting direction of the cutting blade 50 until the boundary part between the formed head part and the rhizomatic part is cut with the cutting blade 50.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a device stabilizing a release direction of a nursery plant after grafting by a grafting robot. CONSTITUTION:A take out arm 140 for a nursery plant is so constituted to be rotatable by a rotating actuator 141 supported on a frame 131 of a grafting robot and the arm 140 is equipped with a rotation shaft rotating vertically in a bent state. The tip of the actuator 141 has a shape which extends horizontally to be able to push around the lower part of a clip temporarily clipping a spliced nursery plant. At this time, the spliced nursery plant becomes horizontal during pushing by pushing the upper side of the center of gravity of the grafted nursery plant by the nursery plant take out arm 140, and can be fallen down upon a conveyer in the direction parallel to the conveyer, which is not shown here, for carrying the grafted nursery plant out. Further, when the nursery plant is fallen as described above, there is no backward falling down of the grafted nursery plant caused by hanging the clip on the arm 140 during rotation of the nursery plant take out arm 140.

    • PURPOSE:To fully load cargoes to be conveyed on a load-carrying platform by a forklift device to carry them by making the forklift device move freely in the forward and backward directions and turn freely on the opposite side to the drive section side on the load-carrying platform. CONSTITUTION:When cargoes are in the carrying work, a machine body is advanced to the side of cargoes put on a pallet, and forks 63, 64 are inserted into the pallet and raised to a higher position than a load-carrying platform 3 by a fork lifting mechanism 62. Next, a forklift main body 43 on the opposite side of a drive section 4 is turned by 180 degrees to invert it. The forklift device 7 is slid and moved to a rear position on the load-carrying platform, and the forks 63, 64 are lowered to put the pallet with cargoes on the load- carrying platform. Then, the forklift main body 43 is turned by 180 degrees to advance the machine body. When the next cargo is supported by the forks 63, 64, it is raised to a higher position than the load-carrying platform 3, and the machine body is moved in the condition in which the forklift device 7 is slid and moved to a central part of the load-carrying platform the carry cargoes.
