摘要： PURPOSE:To make a possible to seat a lid without offsetting, improve sealing ability, and facilitate the cleaning of the lid and maintenance of an O-ring and others by making both seat surfaces in the side of a container body and the lid thereof spherical or tapered and freely fitting the O-ring to the O-ring groove formed on the seat surface in the lid side. CONSTITUTION:Closing of a lid 5 brings the seat surface A' in the side of the straight barrel body 4 of a container 1 into contact with the seat surface A in the side of the lid 5. At this time, as both seat surfaces A' and A are formed into a spherical or tapered surface in correspondence with respective mates, the lid 5 seats itself without offsetting without giving impact the O-ring 17 fitted to the O-ring groove on the seat surface A of the lid 5 at the specific portion. In the next step, although the applying of specific pressure in the container 1 makes the lid 5 deform into such shape as bulging upward, the O-ring 17 seals the wedge-like gap between both seat surfaces A' and A produced due to formation. Moreover, the cleaning of the lid 5 after using corrosive fluid and the maintenance of the O-ring and others can be readily performed.
