摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a partition plate, which, when small items are held and packaged into a box, fixes the items so as to prevent them from being moved to one side in the box, out of a foam sheet, and to display characters and a pattern without the use of ink or the like. SOLUTION: A partition plate 2, having vertical and lateral partition walls 3 and recesses 4 for storing items, is formed out of a polyethylene terephthalate resin foam material so that they are integrated. Also, a display part 5, as for characters or a pattern, is formed in a specific area of the partition plate. A heated embossing die is pressed to the display part to remove the bubbles of its foam part, thereby embossing the characters or pattern 6a transparently. Thus, the partition plate for item-packaging box with the pattern or the like displayed on it is produced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a contact lens in a packaging container for prescribed time by overlapping a cover sheet on plural molded plastic base plates, separating the cover sheet from a flange, tightly sealing around a recess, extending it and accessing the cover sheet from an outside so as to expose the recess. SOLUTION: The plural adjacently arranged plastic base plates are mutually engaged by a flexible cover sheet and the recesses for holding the contact lenses on the respective base plates of blister packages 24 are tightly sealed. Then, the cover sheet is separated from the flange so as to expose the recess and the contact lens is accessed from the outside. Thus, lower carton parts 10 and 12 in which the column of the blister packages 24 are arranged are selectively taken out of one end of a cover member 22 so as to be slid out and the contact lens is held inside a sterilized aqueous solution for the prescribed time.

摘要： PURPOSE: To manufacture a divider from continuous strips of cardboards at a low cost by including a sheet form having lateral creases, defining a plurality of bands by the creases, folding the respective bands at the right angle with an adjacent band, and gluing them to adjacent sheets. CONSTITUTION: The divider is prepared by a manufacturing method including a step of continuously moving an assembly or group of strips 1 of laminated cardboards which are fed along a passage from numerous bobbins. Each strip 1 has longitudinal grooves 2 from an initial point, wherein the grooves 2 divide each strip 1 into a plurality of longitudinal bands 3, 4. Each groove 2 is formed of continuous grooves which do not completely pass through discontinuous cuts or strips. Each band 3 is equipped with an adhesive line, wherein the strips 1 are coupled with each other via a non-adhesive portion placed at the right angles with the adhesive portion 3 to have the divider constituted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To solve a problem of a partitioning material due to a failure in adhesion by forming sheet adhesive layers to which a polyethylene foam sheet is laminated via an adhesive layer on both faces of a polystyrene or polypropylene foam sheet by organic solvent adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Organic solvent adhesive with a mixture of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin and dammar resin solved by an organic solvent is applied on a face of a polyethylene foam sheet 1 and it is heated to vaporize the organic solvent. In a heating atmosphere where the used foam sheet is maintained an a temperature of a softening point or lower, the polyethylene foam sheets 1 are laminated and pressed on both faces of a polystyrene foam sheet 2 or a polypropylene foam sheet so that the sheet 1 is in contact with an adhesive layer 3, thereby obtaining a sheer. When the sheet is used as a partitioning material, it is not contaminated by viscous adhesive at a cut face, or when the surface polyethylene foam sheet 1 is damaged, the adhesive may not ooze out.
