    • PURPOSE:To coat a metallic corrugated pipe with a resin with uniform film thickness, by a method wherein a specified let-out capstan is used, and the ratio of the speed of a take-up capstan to that of the let-out capstan is set to be a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:The let-out capstan 3 provided with elastic rolls 2 formed from an elastic material such as natural rubber, SBR or polyurethane and having a semicircular cross section conforming to the outside diameter of the corrugated pipe 1 is used. Namely, the metallic corrugated pipe 1 is fed toward a coating die 4 by the elastic rolls 2 provided in the let-out capstan 3, is coated with a melted thermoplastic resin supplied through a hopper 5, the thus coated pipe is cooled in a cooling tank 7, and is wound around a take-up drum 9 by the take- up capstan 8. In the above mechanism, the ratio of the speed of the take-up capstan 8 to that of the let-out capstan 3 (take-up speed/let-out speed) is set to be 1-1.18.

    • PURPOSE:To mold the thin rubber sheet of a uniform quality efficiently, by shaping a second orifice with the belt conveyor which is inserted through the slit like hole connected to an orifice and a movable die and extrusion molding a rubber material. CONSTITUTION:A belt conveyor 8 is inserted through the slit like hole provided in connection with the orifice 7 of an extrusion molder and a movable force 5 is arranged in front of the force which shapes the orifice 7, so as to constrict the extrusion passage continuing to the orifice 7 and slide up and down freely. A rubber material is sent under a pressure from an extrusion cylinder into a head 1 and transfered forward, being extruded through the orifice 7 on the belt conveyor 8 and the movable force 5 is pushed upward slightly by the pressure of the rubber material, then the rubber material is extruded, being pulled out by the belt conveyor 8 from the second orifice shaped under the movable force 6, thereby a thin rubber sheet is molded.
