    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method of the measurable water quantity included in freshly mixed concrete, easily and accurately by a simple method.
      SOLUTION: In this measuring method, the unit water quantity in the freshly mixed concrete is calculated by using a calculation formula shown by formula 1. The freshly mixed concrete is filled in an air meter vessel, and the air quantity is measured. On the other hand, a computer (PDA) wherein a following calculation formula is programmed is used, and water, cement, a fine aggregate, a coarse aggregate and an admixture which are components of the freshly mixed concrete, and the air quantity measured by the air meter are inputted into the computer, and each density of the water, the cement, the fine aggregate and the coarse aggregate is inputted, and the air quantity (%) measured by the air meter, a measured mass (kg), slump and the temperature (°C) of the freshly mixed concrete are inputted, and then calculation is performed.

Meanwhile, the thickener B is charged together with a predetermined amount of water W2 in a mixer 16, thereby manufacturing a thickener slurry D mixed therewith. A concentration of the slurry D is set to a lower value than a normally using concentration set to about 10%. The slurry D is charged in the drum 14 of the vehicle 12 containing the mortar M, and the mortar M and the slurry D are agitated and mixed by rotatively driving the drum 14 by an agitator.
