CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a freely movably held circular shape internal gear 5, a couple of fixed pieces 6a and 6b arranged with a specific distance G between them on the outer side of the internal gear 5, a couple of movable pieces 7a and 7b arranged with a specific distance S between them on the inner side of the fixed pieces 6a and 6b and integrally movable with the internal gear 5, a couple of clamping rollers arranged on the inner side of the internal gear 5 and by which a belt-like knife base material 4 is outward sent passing through between the couple of movable pieces 7a and 7b and between the couple of fixed pieces 6a and 6b, a first driving motor by which the couple of clamping rollers is driven to be rotated, a driving gear 10 which is engaged with the internal gear 5 and a second driving motor by which the internal gear 5 is driven with the driving gear so that the knife base material 4 is bent by the fixed pieces 6a and 6b and the movable pieces 7a and 7b.

    • PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of edging work, by folding a curved side edge of each edge unit, integrally formed through a cut groove, while cutting the point end side of said curved side edge so as to be in the same level with a side surface of the edge unit and forming a curved one-edge point in every edge unit. CONSTITUTION:A sheet of plate-shaped edge unit element material 1, performing press working, integrally forms each edge unit 4 through a cut groove 3. Next the material 1, folding each curved part 2 by press working so as to form an acute angle theta with respect to one side surface 4a of the edge unit 4, continuously forms each curved folding part 5 while provides a round hole 6 penetrating through the edge unit 4. Further the material 1, simultaneously edging the point end side of each curved folding part 5 to be polished and cutting it in a line A so as to be in the same level with the other side surface 4b of the edge unit 4, forms a curved one-edge point 7 in every edge unit 4. The material 1, simultaneously performing this work in the above for each edge unit, provides effectiveness for improving efficiency of the edging work.

    • PURPOSE:To manufacture a plyer by cold press-working by using a steel plate as a stock by selecting the thickness of a steel plate stock in accordance with the required thickness of a pivotally holding part, at which two pieces of unit bodies are cross attached to each other and are pivotally held by a pin. CONSTITUTION:The thickness of a stell plate stock is selected basing on the desired thickness of an unit body 3 of a finished plyer A at a cross-pivot holding part 5. On side face of a product stock blanked at the 1st stage is flushed with one side face of the nonbulged part 5 at the 2nd stage, and the thickness of a bulging part is made to two times the thickness of nonbulging part by providing a warp to the stock. At the 3rd stage, a part predetermined to be a holding front-tip part is inserted in a die, and is press-formed into the holding front-tip part 4. A gripping part 6 is bulged at the 4th stage, and a continuous chevron- shaped edge is formed at a holding piece 41 of the part 4 at the 5th stage. An unit body 3 of plyer a formed in this manner is heat treated, and then the two unit bodies 3 are pivotally attached to each other in one body by a pin 7.
