    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the effective use of channels by allowing a base station to transmit the transmitting power control signals to plural mobile terminals via a common control channel and also allowing each mobile terminal to receive the control channel and control the transmitting power of transmitting signals according to the extracted transmitting power control signal.
      SOLUTION: A transmitting power correction part 123 extracts the transmitting power control signals among those signals which are processed by a synchronous acquisition/inverse spread circuit 63 and a detection part 64 and included in an answer channel and selects a transmitting power control signal corresponding to an up transmission channel under working and inputs this selected control signal to a transmission channel amplification gain calculation part 124. The part 124 calculates the amplification gain with which the transmitting power is set at the value that is designated by the transmitting power control signal and then updates the amplification gain of a variable gain amplifier 68. A data packet is amplified by the amplification gain that is updated by the amplifier 68 and then transmitted from an antenna 60 via a transmitting radio module TxRF 69 and a circulator 61.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the execution of outer alarm in an unnecessary place by providing a means for setting radio transmission power and a means for executing outer alarm in accordance with the radio transmission power. SOLUTION: The control circuit of a master set obtains a reception electric field strength value at every subscribed interval (at every second, for example) by AD conversion in a call state. When obtained electric field strength is continuously below a reference level for subscribed time (five seconds, for example) and present radio transmission power is weak, radio transmission power from a tuner is turned to strong and a strong radio transmission power instructing command is transmitted to a slave set. When the radio transmission power instructing command is received from the master set, the control circuit 25 of the slave set makes radio transmission power strong when the instruction is strong and makes it weak when the instruction is not strong. The AD conversion of electric field strength from the master set is executed by prescribed interval (at every second, for example) and outer alarm is executed when electric wave transmission power strength from the present master set tuner is strong and an obtained value is below the reference level.
