    • PURPOSE:To enable the stepping rotation of a air motor reliable even under a high/low temperature without generation of an electromagnetic noise by making revolution of the revolution piece of a revolution mechanism synchronously with the supply of an air pulse having more than a specific phase per specific redian of revolutional angle step by step so as to take out rotation means of a revolution/self-rotation converter. CONSTITUTION:A stepping air motor 100 is driven by three phases like AP1, AP2, AP3 supplied from a rotary valve 150. The revolution piece 11 of a revolution mechanism 10 rotates step by step per revolution angle 120 deg. synchronously with a pulse by the supply of three phases air pulse AP1-3. A revolution/self- rotation converting mechanism (hypocycloid reduction mechanism) 20 for taking out the self-rotation to an output shaft 21a based on the revolution of the revolution diameter D of the revolution piece 11 is installed. Revolution guide mechanisms 12a- 12c and revolution piece drive mechanisms (pneumatic pressure directly driven actuator) 13a-13c are installed in the revolution mechanism 10. Thus, an air motor reliable even under a high/low temperatire environment is obtained without generation of an electronic noise.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce an inconvenient action of inertia force so as to reduce a size of a device by supporting a planetary gear transmitting device by means of a pin and arranging a control face for a hydraulic motor in the end face of each pin. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic motor is constructed as a swash plate structure type axial piston machine and supported rotationally by means of a boss holding body 1. In the holding body 1, a plurality of pressure medium passages 5 are arranged and opened to a control face 6 in the hydraulic motor. On the other hand, within the range of the control face 6, a cylinder drum 7 is connected to a double eccentric body by means of a pin without any lateral force so as not to rotate, while the double eccentric body, that is, a web combination 15/17 forms an input element for a planetary gear transmission device. Residual inertial force which is not compensated by the mutually shifted planetary gears is supported by the pin so as to be introduced to the boss holding body 1. Therefore, influence on the cylinder drum 7 due to inertia force can be eliminated.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a hydraulic spiral spring mechanism which removes the weak point of a metallic flat spiral spring and is provided as a device replaced therewith. CONSTITUTION:A type which is also served as a hydraulic motor and provides a reverse rotation force is used as a hydraulic pump 3. Pressure accumulators 4-1, 4-2, and 5-7 are coupled directly to the hydraulic pump 3. The pressure accumulators 4-1 and 4-2, and 5-7 are structured such that the pressures thereof are gradually increased by means of oil delivered from the hydraulic pump 3 and a repulse reversing force is increased. When the pressures of the pressure accumulators 4-1, 4-2, and 5-7 are increased to a given upper limit pressure and rotation of the pump is stopped, oil is started to flow reversely. In which case, the pump is quickly changed into a motor and the motor is operated in a rotation direction reverse to a rotation direction available at a time when the pump is run. When the pressures of the pressure accumulators 4-1, 4-2, and 5-7 are lowered to a given lower limit pressure owing to the rotation of the motor, the motor is automatically returned to pump operation. A hydraulic mechanism is formed such that pump operation and motor operation are relatively repeated any times without any restriction.
