    • PURPOSE:To obtain the subject mixed nonwoven fabric more easily and stably (including product performance), at lower cost, in larger quantities, while making the best use of the characteristics of cottonlike chitin fibers and silk fibers. CONSTITUTION:Subordinate silk yarns (waste silk yarns from cocoons sorted off, rubbish produced in silk yarn manufacturing process, rubbish produced in silk yarn weaving process) are scoured to a half to 70% degree into floss silk, which is cut into short or medium fibers (or, various kinds of floss silk may be cut into such fibers). The fibers are subjected to alkali scouring or high-pressure scouring process followed by post-treatment such as neutralization and/or washing, and the resultant fibers are opened into finished silk fibers. A highly transparent chitin solution prepared by purification of chitin extracted from a crustacean is subjected to wet spinning followed by cutting into short or medium fibers (cottonlike chitin fibers). Next, the finished silk fibers and cottonlike chitin fibers are mutually homogeneously blended at the weight ratio of (10:90) to (90:10) to form a web as the objective mixed nonwoven fabric.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a waste paper-regenerated heat-insulating material (Ecowool), and provide a blowing or blasting heat insulation-applying method using the waste paper-regenerated heat-insulating material (Ecowool). CONSTITUTION:Waste paper is fed from hydraulic waste paper-distributing tables 1 to a belt conveyer 2, and carried into a roughly grinding machine 3. The roughly ground waste paper pieces are fed into a cyclone separator 5 through a carrier 8 equipped with a variator with the air pressure of a blower 4 for carriage. Dusty ground waste paper pieces having under sizes are collected into a duct collector 6, and the ground waste paper pieces having upper sizes are collected into an intermediate storage tank 7 equipped with a mixer. The ground waste paper pieces stored in the intermediate storage tank 7 are fed into a grinder 10 with the air pressure of a blower 9 for carriage. The grinder 10 is assembled with the first cyclone separator 12. The waste paper pieces are fed into the another cyclone separator 12 with the air pressure of a blower 11 for carriage. Also in the case, the dusty waste paper pieces having the under sizes are collected into a dust collector 13, and the dusty waste paper pieces are stored into a bagging and storing tank equipped with a mixer.
