    • PURPOSE:To efficiently dry urine purified water, by fixing a mist generator on the floor close to the front end wall of an evaporation chamber and injecting urine purified water sent to the mist generator from the urine purified water tank outside the evaporation chamber in the form of mist. CONSTITUTION:The open air entering from an air suction port passes through the gap of a double roof and is meanwhile preheated by sun rays during passage to be sent into an evaporation chamber in the from of warm air by the blower 4 provided to the front end inner wall 9 of said evaporation chamber. Said warm air flows toward the rear end wall 10 in a state mixed with mist of urine purified water injected from a mist generator 1 while being heated by sun rays and exhausted out of the evaporation chamber by the blower 5 of he rear end wall 10. At this time, an inclined wall 6 directs the air stream upwardly nd prevents resistance at the time of air blow. Particles of urine purified water is promoted in evaporative fine pulverization by the contact of the surfaces of the particles with dry air. By this method, evaporation efficiency is markedly enhanced.

    • PURPOSE:To evaporate and dry efficiently the waste liquid, and to reduce the corrosion, etc. due to halogen by regulating the amt. of a waste liquid from a wet dust collector which is injected into the upstream of a dry dust collector with the concn. of halogen or suspended matter in the waste liquid. CONSTITUTION:The waste gas 2 from a coal-fired boiler 1 is introduced into a dry dust collector 3, and the dust and soot 4 are discharged to the outside of the system. The waste gas 5 therefrom is introduced into a gas heater 33, and heat-exchanged with a purified gas 9 from an absorption tower 8. The heat-exchanged gas 9 is introduced into a cooling tower 6, and almost all the dust and soot and halogen compds. are removed. The gas is then introduced into the tower 8 to remove SO2. A part of the circulating liquid of the cooling tower wherein the dust and soot and halogen compds. are accumulated is supplied 13 into a neutralization tank 25. In this case, the flow rate of the liquid discharged from the cooling tower is controlled 41 by detecting 39 the Cl concn., and converting the detected signal into the external signal of a regulator 40 so that the Cl concn. of the slurry in the neutralization tank may be regulated to 10,000ppm, and a part of the circulating liquid is supplied 13 into the tank 25. The sludge 36 is separated from the slurry sent into a sludge separator 35 from the tank 25, and the total amt. of the filtrate 37 is supplied into an evaporator 37 provided at the upstream of the apparatus 3 and dried.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to perform efficient desalination, by separating atomized matter horizontally sprayed from a supersonic shower into parts having large, medium and small specific gravities in accordance with the flight distances, cooling the parts having medium and small specific gravities into water drops which are finally withdrawn. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal separating chamber 2 is formed by a cylindrical case 1 whose opposite ends are closed, and a cooling means 3 is provided outside the case 1 from its middle part to the other end part. Under the condition that the interior of the separating chamber 2 is evacuated by a vacuum pump 8 or the like, sea water heated by a heater 12 is sprayed toward the other end from a supersonic shower 10 provided at one end of the separating chamber 2, so that the sea water is separated into large-specific gravity atomized matter congs. salts, medium-specific gravity atomized matter contg. a small amount of salts and small-specific gravity atomized matter free from slats. The large- specific gravity atomized matter is let fall in a sea water receiver 15 at the end part of the separating chamber, the medium-specific gravity atomized matter is cooled and made to fall in an industrial water receiver 16 at the middle part of the separating chamber, and the small-specific gravity atomized matter is cooled, condensed and made to fall in a fresh water receiver 17 at the other end part of the separating chamber.

    • PURPOSE:To perform the effective dissipating treatment of polluted water by means of frictional action produced when water droplets are scattered into the air in an apparatus designed to dissipate polluted water into the air by rotators turning in opposition to each other. CONSTITUTION:Polluted water is supplied into the storing portion 2 of the dissipation chamber 11 to a fixed level and then the droplets of the polluted water are scattered upwards by centrifugal force produced by rotating the rotators 4 and 4' with high speed in opposite directions to each other to cause the polluted water to dissipate in showery form, where the evaporating effect of the polluted water is greatly raised by a frictional force between the droplets and the air. In this case, the evaporating effect can be further raised by supplying the air, dried air, or warm air by fan from the lower part of the chamber 10 and by exhausting the inside gas in the chamber 11 from the ridge 10' or exhaust port of the ceiling 10. Thus, a great amount of polluted water can be treated continuously and rapidly, and the treatment method is effectively applicable to the treatment of the wastes of pig, cow, etc., in large scale dairy farm, etc.
