摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to automate box assembly work by constituting a captioned unit in such a way that a bulkhead is conveyed to the position of a desired flange section to be automatically welded, and a web member is supplied to be automatically welded with the bulkhead and flange. CONSTITUTION:Being hung, each of bulkheads S is supplied to each of specified positions of the upper flange members UF arranged in a specified size. Then, after the upper flange member UF and the face SF of the bulkhead S were welded each other, and specified members of the bulkheads S were stood at specified positions respectively, the cambers previously determined are mounted to the upper flange member UF respectively. In the next step, each of web members W so formed as to be cambered is welded with the upper flange member UF and both sides of the bulkhead S with each of the web member W and the bulkhead S being modified. After then, a lower flange members LF are welded with the web members W and the upper face of the bulkheads S respectively.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve approach of a hoisting member in the direction to a building, by providing a head sheave at the central portion beneath a trolley travelling transversely on a girder and by winding a rope on the head sheave so as to raise and lower the hoisting member at the central portion beneath the trolley. CONSTITUTION:A girder 1 is movably mounted on a travel saddle 2, and a trolley 3 is movably carried on the girder 1. The trolley 3 is provided with a guide frame 5, under which a head sheave 8 is provided at the central portion. The trolley 3 is further provided thereon with a hoisting drum 4 on which a rope 25 is wound. A hoisting member 7 is suspended by the rope 25 through a guide roller 6, the head sheave 8 and an equalizer sheave 9. Thus the hoisting member 7 is lowered by clockwise rotation of the hoisting drum 4 and raised up by counterclockwise rotation of the same. The hoisting member 7 is thereby positioned at the central portion beneath the trolley 3, whereby the approach of the suspending member in the direction to a building is increased.
