    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unreel yarn from press bobbins smoothly after dyeing by preventing such dragged movement of the yarn at the ends of the press bobbins as results from the difference between the overall length of the press bobbins and the width of traverses. SOLUTION: The press bobbin has annular elements 2 at both ends, a plurality of vertical frames 4 extending between the end annular elements 2 in annular arrangement, a plurality of annular lateral frames extending between and parallel to the annular elements 2, and small compressible vertical pieces 5, 6 and 8 crossing the annular lateral frames. Two levels 3b of the annular lateral frames from each annular element 2 have a smaller diameter than the others, so that in this region the vertical frames 4 and small vertical pieces 5, 6 and 8 have an external surface projecting from that of the annular lateral frames 3b and that a yarn wound can slide on them without difficulty. Auxiliary ribs 9 lie between the two upper and lower annular lateral frames 3b to provide resistance to compression.

SOLUTION: A film winder is composed of a rotary body 7 to receive rotational driving from a driving source, a nut shaft 1 which is connected to the rotary body 7 and has a screw groove on the tip, a shaft 2 having a collar which is screw-fitted to the screw groove of the nut shaft 1 and can optionally select a slide or a fixation, a slide material 3 to slide by interlocking with a movement of the shaft 2 having a collar at sliding time of the shaft 2 having a collar and a bar-shaped material 5 to wind a film, and the slide material 3 and the bar-shaped material 5 are connected to each other by a connecting member 4 to vary a distance between the slide material 3 and the bar-shaped material 5 by sliding the slide material 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily remove a take-up core from a take-up product or a take-up piece, by tubularly bending a leaf spring in the cross direction, piling the leaf spring in the double wall form at least over a constant angle range from its both side edges, and taking up web material or others on a take-up core. SOLUTION: A leaf spring 3 is tubularly bent in the cross direction. One leaf spring 3 is bent in the double wall form over whole circumference from its both side edges 4, and is piled up. When a web material 1 is taken-up on a take-up core, a take-up core 2 receives its take-up pressure. In this case, because bent parts 5a, 5b of the leaf spring 3 reinforce the take-up core 2, the take-up core 2 bears the take-up pressure of the web material 1 and is not damaged. Furthermore, take-up pressure of the web material 1 acts to the bent parts 5a, 5b of the leaf spring 3, the bent parts 5a, 5b of the leaf spring 3 is elastically transformed and compressed due to the take-up pressure, and the web material 1 is taken-up in this condition. Therefore, the web material 1 can be tightly taken-up.
