摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent trouble in a winder and the cut of a teread in the taking-up on a fine spinning machine by eliminating static electricity from a vacant bobbin returned onto a fine spinning machine from an automatic winder. CONSTITUTION:A tray T into which a vacant bobbin B discharged into a discharge passage L3 from the winding unit of an automatic winder W after the completion of taking-up shifts in a discharge passage L4, and reaches the position of a bobbin stripper 3 and swings a full tube detecting filler 4, and then the static electricity of the bobbin B in an electrified state is discharged through the full tube detecting filler 4 from an electric conductive brush 5. Accordingly, the vacant bobbin B which is discharged from the winder W and fitted into the tray T can be sent to a fine spinning machine S in the state where static electricity does not exist perfectly. Accordingly, the rolling-in of the thread wound on other bobbin during transport is prevented, and the trouble in the winder w and the cut of the thread during the taking-up on the fine spinning machine S can be prevented surely.

Trucks 20 move toward the wire coil 1, the lubricant and the compressed air are supplied from lubricant supply tanks 31 and air tanks 35 to foaming machines 12, 13, foams are spread from foam injection nozzles 17, 18 to the inside and outside of the wire coil to move the trucks. After injection is performed all over the length of the wire coil, the trucks stop at the waiting position. The wire coil 1 is dried instantaneously by the remaining heat in the hot rolling and compressed and bound by a binder. Foams are injected effectively on the wire coil only and the coil is lubricated by the foams uniformly as far as its inner part when it is compressed and bound.
