摘要： PURPOSE:To endlessly supply a welding wire without causing extension of space and feed instability of the welding wire. CONSTITUTION:An elevating table 16 to move vertically by a cylinder 14 is provided in the middle of a supporting frame 11, reel supporting materials 17 and 18 of upper and lower two stages are provided so as to freely appear and disappear in the elevating range of wire reels 6 mounted on the elevating table 16 on the upper part of the supporting frame 11, the plural wire reels 6 to which the welding wire W is connected mutually are supported on the reel supporting material 18 of the lower stage, at a point of time when the welding wire W of a wire reel 6a of the highest stage is used up, this empty wire reel 6a is removed and the upper and lower reel supporting materials 17 and 18 are appeared and disappeared according to the vertical movement of the elevating table 16, and a new wire reel 6d is supplied to the lowest stage.

摘要： PURPOSE: To automatically supply a strip onto a flange by a robot hand by providing a strip holding means to receive the strip and rewinding it for distribution. CONSTITUTION: A seal strip 7 is wound around a rotatable collar 110 inside a cassette 100, one end part 7A of it pases between rollers 112 and 114 while getting in contact with these, it is guided into a port 104 by these rollers 112, 114, a top part 116 having a flange, and a collar 117, and a part of it is extended from the port 104. A seal 7 is supplied into a hand 12, the hand 12 automatically grasps it, and it brings an open port of a channel at a holding part 8 toward a flange 6. The strip 7 is propelled around a roller 44 to face the flange 6. The channel port is thus provided. The robot arm is programed to move the hand 12 toward the flange 6, thereby the holding part 8 grasps the flange 6 as indicated by C.
