摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily, exactly and rapidly select desired colors by combining a chart which is arranged with tones of each of respective hues at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of a square board in correspondence to the respective hues and a selector which has a transverse row window allowing the seeing-through of the hue rows of this chart and a longitudinal column window allowing the seeing-through the longitudinal tone column. SOLUTION: The chart 1 has the board 2 consisting of a cardboard of a transversely long rectangular shape which is foldable to, for example, a folding screen form. For example, 48 colors of the hues 3 are arranged on the front surface of the board 2 at equal intervals to the specified color toners. The tones 4 of every hue 3 are arranged at the equal intervals to the specified tones in the vertical direction with the respective hues 3 as boundaries. The selector 6 is formed of a resin plate. An opaque masking 9 is applied on the selector 6 exclusive the transverse row window 7 of a transverse straight line to allow the seeing-through of the hues 3 applied on the chart 1 and the longitudinal column window 8 of a longitudinal straight line to allow the seeing-through of the tones 4 in the longitudinal direction applied on the chart is applied on the selector 6.

In relation with a position to set the hanging part 11, for example, a top pan having the hanging part 11 may be attached to the opening peripheral edge 13 of the container body 10 detachably. Thus, a device can be used comfortably by preventing a desk from being stained by the moisture of the water absorbing body.
