    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain an accuracy of a shape of a mouth of a container high by shaping a mouth shape of the container from an inside of a parison, and simultaneously blow molding a shape of a container body via a blowing pin. SOLUTION: A mouth 11 of the sterile container is shaped by a mold 2 and an inner mold 3, and a container body is blow molded via a blowing pin. Thus, an accuracy of the mouth shape of the container is improved. Accordingly, a container mouth diameter (r), a mouth thickness TV and a container mouth flange thickness TH are always not only averaged but also a mouth flange (a) can ensure its smoothness. To seal the thus molded container body, after the blow molding is completed, the mold 3 is drawn out, and a sealer is formed by using a parison attached to the mouth end. In the thus obtained container, the mouth shape of the container having a high dimensional accuracy is obtained, at the time of capping after a content liquid is charged, it is not necessary to obtain an excess molten state at a flange surface, but a manufacturing speed can be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and automatize the production of a tube by a method wherein a partitioning wall is mounted to a mandrel so as to fit a tube on the mandrel in order to weld the edge part of a second portion of the partitioning wall to the inside surface of a tube head and finally the longitudinal edge part of the first portion of the partitioning wall is welded to the inside surface of the tube. SOLUTION: With an installation device 14 on a rotary table 10, first of all, a partitioning wall 15 is mounted at the slit of a mandrel 12. Next, a pre- assembled tube 16 is coveringly fitted onto the mandrel 12. The partitioning wall 15 has a nearly square first portion 54. In the tube 16, the width B1 of the portion 54 corresponds to the diameter of the tube plus excess parts (or flanges 45). In addition, its length L1 is made equal to the length of the tube 16. The shape of the second portion 55 connecting with one end part of the portion 54 is set to be the shape of the interior of a tube head 22. With a welding device 20, the flanges 45 of the partitioning wall 15 are welded to the inside surface of the tube in the neighborhood of the longitudinal edge parts of the partitioning wall 15.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the wear of a casting mold and arbor and to necessitate the mere exchange of only a worn tool in spite of wearing by mounting a tubular catheter at this arbor, mounting the arbor at the heated casting mold, molding the catheter, inserting the finned catheter into a jig and cutting fins. SOLUTION: The tubular catheter 1 consisting of polytetrafluoroethylene, etc., is mounted at the coaxial arbor 2. The arbor 2 is inserted to the inner side of the bore 3 of a catheter cannula and is put into the state of extending beyond the catheter end 5. The casting mold 6 having a convergent inner flank 7 is heated to a suitable temp. and the catheter 1 and the arbor 2 are inserted into the casting mold. The catheter 1 is then softened and molded. As a result, the front end 8 of the fin is formed at the catheter 1. The casting mold 6 and the catheter 1 are cooled and the finned catheter 1 is removed. The fin 8 is cut off by a definning jig, by which the desired venous catheter is obtd. As a result, the casting mold and arbor are not used as cutting tools and, therefore, the wear thereof is suppressed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for processing the fore end part of a catheter to be formed in a desired shape, to be tapered or rounded in particular, and to provide a method for processing the fore end of the catheter to be formed in the desired shape by using this mold. SOLUTION: A mold for processing the fore end part of a catheter 1 to be formed in a desired shape, which has a cavity 11 having an external shape of the fore end part of the catheter 1, a coil 14 for electromagnetic induction heating and a cooling means. The catheter 1 which is pierced by a core pin 2 and of which the fore end is not yet processed is set in the cavity 11 of this mold and subjected to the electromagnetic induction heating with a high frequency, being pressed in the direction of the fore end thereof, so that the fore end part thereof be formed in the desired shape, and then it is cooled and removed from the mold.
