    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure using a stepping motor capable of correcting a positional deviation, suppressing the increase in the machining time, and securing the machining accuracy.SOLUTION: When the deviation between the position of a stage based on the command and the result of detection by encoders is larger than the first predetermined amount (S2), a stepping motor is stopped (S3). Then, the positional deviation correction is executed, in which the position of the stage is replaced by the result of detection of the encoder (S4). Thus, the positional deviation can be corrected with the structure using the stepping motor. Further, it is unnecessary that the stage moving speed is reduced so as not to generate a positional deviation, and the increase in the machining time can be suppressed. Still further, the positional deviation is suppressed within a range of the first predetermined amount, and the machining can be executed with excellent accuracy.
