    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverizer in which hardly pulverizable material can be subjected to pulverization at an ordinary temperature to effectively obtain uniform powder of superfine particles and there is no possibility of coarse particles being mixed in the product. SOLUTION: A pulverizer 1 has a fixed grindstone 2 and a rotary grindstone 3 installed in a casing 4 and a rotating blade 8 arranged on the back surface of a rotating disc 6. Fresh air sucked in from a hopper 10 is sent to between both the grindstones and is turned into a spin type rotating high speed air current A, which flows to be outward uniformly dispersed, and the air current that has gone to the outside is turned into a turning current while it is hit against the inner peripheral surface of a pulverizing chamber 4b. On the inner peripheral surface of the pulverizing chamber 4b, a corrugated lining plate 12 is attachably and detachably fitted so that material to be pulverized carried on the turning current and hit against it is pulverized. A collecting annular body 4d for distributing in layers the pulverized material according to the particle diameter is provided for the casing 4, to the upper end and the back surface of the annular body 4d, a secondary fine powder recovery tubular body 13 and a coarse particle reflux tubular body 14 communicating with a feeding pipe 9 are connected respectively.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pulverize a coarse grain particle by a method wherein one side of a through hole of a rotary cylindrical body is made to be a supply side of a material to be pulverized, its opposed side is made to be an outlet, a groove formed radially from a rotary center is disposed on the surface at the outlet part, and face plates rotating in opposed directions by facing each other are arranged. SOLUTION: Fixed cylindrical bodies 1b, 2b wherein a groove is formed in the direction of the generating line on an inside surface are arranged to the outside of rotary cylindrical bodies 1a, 2a, one sides of through-holes 3, 4 formed at rotary axis centers of those rotary cylindrical bodies 1a, 2a are made to be a supply side of a material to be pulverized, and the opposed sides are made to be outlets 1d, 2d. Further, the groove formed radially from a rotary center is formed on the surface at the outlet parts 1d, 2d, and face plates 5, 6 rotating in the opposed direction to each other are arranged. Since a coarse grain raw material repetitively receiving pulverizing action by colliding with inclined faces of the groove of both face plates 5, 6, thereby, the coarse grain particle can be pulverized.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher which is capable of positively crushing a mixture of various types of materials in terms of quality and shape. SOLUTION: An upper blade tool 5 is held by a retaining member 21 equipped with a part 1 for receiving a material to be crushed almost in the center, and a lower blade tool 6 is held, opposite to the upper blade tool 5, by a rotary member 20 which is rotated by the drive of a motor 30. In addition, a discharge part 3 is formed on the outer peripheral edges of the retaining member 21 and the rotary member 20, and a space 2 for crushing a material to be crushed is formed in such a manner that the space is tapered from the part 1 for receiving a material to be crushed to the discharge part 3. Both upper and lower blade tools 5, 6 are equipped with an impact blade part for inflicting an impact to the material to be crushed respectively, and also a pressure-crushing blade part for holding the material between both blade tools 5, 6 and pressure-crushing it and a cutting blade part for cutting the material are formed on each of the tools 5, 6. The material to be crushed is charged from the part 1 for receiving a material to be crushed, and the material is crushed in such a manner that its size becomes gradually smaller in the space 2 to be discharged from the discharge part 3.
