    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of deposition of a wet material to be supplied in a raw material transporting apparatus by introducing a hot gas into the raw material transporting apparatus and mixing the dry tailing which comes out of a wind sorting apparatus, with the wet raw material to be supplied in the raw material transporting apparatus. SOLUTION: In a roll mill in which a wind sorting apparatus 4 is installed above a lower part mill part 3 provided with a rotatable crushing stand 7 and a crushing roll 8, to dry and crush a wet material 13 such as wet cement, the material 13 is transported to the crushing stand 7 through a raw material- introducing path 12 and crushed in the stand. At least a part of the crushed material is sent to the wind sorting apparatus 4 with the ascending current of a heated gas and dried, and rough particle of the material is turned back to the crushing stand 7 as the tailing. In this case, in order to carry out preheating of the material 13 in the introducing path 12, the heated gas is introduced into the introducing path 12 and the material 13 is mixed with the tailing coming out of the sorting apparatus 4 in the introducing path 12 and then the resultant mixture is supplied to the crushing stand 7.

    • PURPOSE: To effectively crush substances different in particle size by adjusting fluid supply flow by a reinforcing cover member in the vicinity of a blade ring and moving crushed material particle flow by a flow envelope. CONSTITUTION: A crushing roll 7 is rotated on a crushing surface 5 in the vicinity of the crushing pan 6 of an air streamer type mill 4 being a crusher. A material to be crushed is supplied to the central part of the crushing pan 6. An annular space 8 is formed between the crushing pan 6 and a wall surface 3 and a blade ring 12 is arranged to the annular space 8 and blades are tangentially set to a predetermined angle α and an annular gas guide mechanism 14 is formed. Further, liquid supply flow 1 is discharged by the action of the flow channel 15 of the annular gas guide mechanism 14 and a reinforcing cover member 10 is arranged to the upper part of the blade ring 12. Crushed material particles are involved in fluid supply flow 13 to form a flow envelope and this space arranging structure or a vertical extension line is adjusted by the liquid supply flow 13.
