The array substrate 110 has connection wirings 70 which connect, in common, the external connection terminals 60 with the common wiring 80 of the display panels 50 adjacent to the external connection terminals; the connection wirings 70 is arranged at a position of a cutting line 15 of the insulating substrate 1; and all the connection wirings 70 are formed of conductive layers with superior corrosion resistance than that of a conductive layer having the most deteriorated corrosion resistance among the conductive layers on the array substrate.
