    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting display panel cell transfer apparatus that prevents damage to cell glass by stably transferring organic light-emitting display panel cells, thereby improving the quality thereof. SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting display panel cell transfer apparatus includes: a base forming a horizontal plane; a cell sucking/transferring part which, while being separated above the base and shuttling in a state parallel to the base and moving up and down in a vertical direction, sucks cut organic light-emitting display panel cells from a scribe table and transfer the cells to a loading position on the base; a first shuttle inspection table transfer part which shuttles between the loading position and an inspection position on the base, and transfers the organic light-emitting display panel cells loaded from the loading position by the cell sucking/transferring part to the inspection position; and a second shuttle inspection table transfer part which moves up and down at the loading position and at the inspection position respectively, shuttles between the loading position and the inspection position, and transfers the organic light-emitting display panel cells loaded from the loading position to the inspection position.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide array configuration configured so that the number of display panels to be obtained from one mother board is increased, and to improve the reliability of a display device after disconnection, and separation from the mother board.
      SOLUTION: In an array substrate 110, a plurality of display areas 40 to be a part of a plurality of display panels 50 are formed on an insulating substrate 1, and scanning wiring 2, signal wiring 6 and pixels 30 having pixel electrodes 11 are arranged into a matrix form in the display areas 40, and common wiring 80 and external connection terminals 60 are formed outside the display areas 40. The array substrate 110 has connection wirings 70 which connect, in common, the external connection terminals 60 with the common wiring 80 of the display panels 50 adjacent to the external connection terminals; the connection wirings 70 is arranged at a position of a cutting line 15 of the insulating substrate 1; and all the connection wirings 70 are formed of conductive layers with superior corrosion resistance than that of a conductive layer having the most deteriorated corrosion resistance among the conductive layers on the array substrate.
