    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear guide device capable of preventing the generation of skew in rollers and allowing smooth running of a slider in relation to a guide rail with less noise.
      SOLUTION: This linear guide device 10 is provided with the guide rail 12, the slider 16, a plurality of rollers 46 installed inside an endless circulation passage 18, and a separator 50 having a spacer part 51, which is formed with a pair of roller contact surfaces 54a and 54b and which is interposed between both the rollers 46. When length of the roller 46 is L, diameter of the roller 46 is Dw, width of a roller raceway 26 in the axial direction of the roller 46 is Δ1 and width of a direction changing passage 24 in the axial direction of the roller 46 is Δ2, parallel degree of parts of the pair of roller contact surfaces 54a and 54b brought in contact with the roller 46 is set at (Δ1-L)/Dw or (Δ2-L)/Dw or less whichever smaller.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motion guide device having excellent durability and assuring good efficiency in the assembling operation.
      SOLUTION: The linear motion guide device is equipped with a guide rail 1, a slider 2 attached to the guide rail 1 in such a way as movably in the axial direction, a plurality of rolling elements 3 put in a rolling path 14 in such an arrangement as rolling freely, a rolling element return path 16 to send the rolling elements 3 from the ending point of the rolling path 14 to its starting point, and a retainer 20 to prevent the rolling elements 3 from slipping off in the condition that the slider 2 is removed from the guide rail 1, wherein the return path 16 is composed of a straight portion 13 and a curved portion 15, while the slider 2 is composed of a bearing block 2A and an end cap 2B. The retainer 20 is furnished at the two ends with rolling element scoop-up parts 17 to guide the rolling element 3 positioned at the ending point of the rolling path 14 into the return path 16 and is formed integratedly with the end cap 2B.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a simple linear motion bearing using a roller having high load capacity and rigidity, by combining two-split J-shaped opposite tubes each having a V-shaped cross-section to form a circulation passage for the roller. CONSTITUTION:A pair of J-shaped opposite tubes 5 and 5' are covered with a cover 7 to which a rubber 6 is bonded, and are fixed to a bearing body 2 by a bolt 8. Each of the tubes is formed by two-split members each having a V- shaped cross-section. Owing to such a two-split structure, the tubes 5 and 5' may be easily pressed and assembled. The tubes 5 and 5' are fixed to the bearing body 2 and are connected with end surfaces of sectional V-shaped raceway grooves 2' to thereby easily form an endless circulation passage for a roller R.
