    • PURPOSE:To facilitate air bag folding work at the time of folding an air bag so as to be accommodated into a pad by providing a rubber molded article with an annular wall part formed in such a way as to protrude toward the inside of the air bag on the outer peripheral side of an annular retainer. CONSTITUTION:An air bag 2 is formed of an air bag body 3 and plural laminated reinforcing sheets 4, 4. The reinforcing sheets 4, 4 are laminated and sewed at the inflater fitting opening 6 peripheral edge part of the inner peripheral surface 5 of the air bag body 3. A through hole for inserting a fitting bolt 8 through at the time of assembling the air bag 2 to a bag holder 7 is formed at the peripheral edge part of the inflater fitting opening 6 of the air bag 2. Rubber molded articles 10 are disposed on the inner peripheral surface 11 of the air bag 2. In this case, the rubber molded articles 10 are to be ring bodies of approximately L-shape cross section, and this ring body is formed of an annular base part 12 forming one side of L and an annular wall part 13 forming the other side of L so as to form the outer peripheral edge part of the ring body.

    • PURPOSE:To improve depleted gasoline resistance, cold resistance and ozone- proof performance by providing a diaphragm, one surface of which is gasoline contact surface and the other of which is an air contact surface, wherein the gasoline contact surface is formed by a fluoro rubber layer and the air contact surface is formed by acrylonitrile hydride rubber layer. CONSTITUTION:A rubber layer 3 forming a gasoline contact surface of a foundation 1 is a fluoro rubber (FKM) layer, and a rubber layer 5 forming an air contact surface is an acrylonitrile hydride rubber (hydrofined NBR) layer. In case of assembling this diaphragm in a fuel pump 11 in such a manner that FKM layer 3 is a gasoline contact surface 7a and a hydrofined NBR layer 5 is an air contact surface 7b, excellent gasoline resistance and depleted gasoline resistance are exhibited on the gasoline contact surface 7a side, and excellent cold resistance and ozone-proof performance are exhibited on the air contact surface 7a. Though the embrittlement temperature of FKM is high and cold resistance thereof is not good, FKM is always in contact with gasoline to be a little swollen, so that the embrittlement is lowered. Accordingly, there is no problem in respect of cold resistance in practical application.
