Furthermore, the self-traveling robot 1 is constituted so that the position of the wall 14 and the position of an obstacle 56 at the center part of a room distant from the wall 14 are acquired on the basis of traveling routes R1, R2 in the house 12 where the robot 15 performs self-traveling and the map information of all regions of the house 12 is generated.
