A paint film is formed with a natural dry type epoxy resin paint mixed with a hardening accelerator containing tertiary amine. The hardening accelerator containing tertiary amine effectively acts as a ring opening reaction catalyst of the epoxy ring, and the paint film can be hardened in a short time. The paint film with stable quality not affected by the temperature difference between the day and night at the time of hardening is obtained, the sticking of dust and foreign objects during hardening is reduced, the paint film performance is improved, and the production lead time can be shortened.
