CONSTITUTION:A separate body handle 100 constituted of a fitting piece 120 fitting in a bolt main body, a handle part 110 possessing a positioning hole 130 through which a positioning pin of a mold is penetrated and a fitting projection 140 is made. The handle 100 is fitted to a handle fitting recessed part 320 which is provided on the center of the upper part of a cavity 310 of a rear side belly part mold 300 of a biaxially oriented blow mold and possessing a projecting positioning pin 330 and position slip preventive recessed part 321. Then the rear of a fitting piece 120 is supported by the tip of the positioning pin 330 and deformation by a blow pressure during molding is prevented from being generated. Then mold clamping is performed by suspending a heated preform in a neck part mold 500 and the preform is orientated in a longitudinal direction by an orientation rod.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance shape reproducibility in the vicinity of a grounding face by forming a parting line of a body mold and a bottom mold on the outermost peripheral position of the grounding face of a biaxial orientation blow molding bottle and using a mold provided with the differences in level on the lowest end of a body mold cavity face and the position of outermost periphery of a bottom mold cavity face. CONSTITUTION:A parting line 30 of a body mold 20 and a bottom mold 10 is formed on the position of outermost periphery 13 of grounding face of the bottle bottom section of a mold of PTE bottle of flat section shape. A mold provided with the differences in level between the lowest end 22 of a cavity face of the body mold 20 and the position of an outermost periphery 13 of a bottom cavity face is used, and the differences in level are set by incorporating the mold in a manner that the outermost periphery of the cavity face of the grounding face 12 of the bottom of the bottom mold 10 is positioned vertically below the lowest end 22 of the cavity face of the bottle body section of the body mold 20 by 0.25+ or -0.1mm. Also the shape reproducibility of the mold in the vicinity of a face being in contact with the bottle bottom can be improved by sucking air in the mold from a clearance of the parting line 30 whenever necessary.

By the application of a preform for which the handle at the lower than the intermediate handle joining part 12 is formed into an approximately vertical shape, and by intensively softening the flat plane part 25 at the weld- joined part at the lower end of the handle, etc., unevenness in thickness or unfavorable orientation, etc., of the bottle main body at the time of biaxial orientation is little, and joining strength and fixing stability, etc., of the handle becomes sufficient.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper for a paper container for a liquid, which is easy to be subjected to a sterilizing treatment, whose inside is hardly contaminated, and which has the high retainability of a steril condition. SOLUTION: The stopper consists of a spout 200 and a cap 100. The spout is provided with a contact sealing ring 212 on the outer peripheral portion of the upper surface of a pedestal ring 210 so as to closely contact with the underface of the peripheral wall of the cap. A pouring cylinder 220 is provided upright on the inner peripheral portion of the upper surface of the pedestal ring, and a blocking sheet 230 is provided at a lower portion of the inside of the pouring cylinder to block the pouring cylinder. An annular cut 231 having a V shape in a vertical section is provided in the upper face of the blocking sheet, and an annular thin wall fragile line 232 is formed on the underface of the blocking sheet. A support 233 having a pull ring 234 at its forward end is provided upright on one side of the upper face of the blocking sheet, which is positioned in the vicinity of the inside of the annular cut, and the inner peripheral face of the pedestal ring is formed into the shape of an inclined surface opening downward from the outer periphery of the underface of the blocking sheet via its curved surface. The cap is provided with a contact sealing ring 111 and an inner sealing ring 112 on the underface of a top board 110 and is also provided with a sealing groove ring 122 in the underface of the peripheral wall thereof.
