摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process which comprises mixing a urethane grout for ground with a fine inorganic powder such as PS(paper sludge) ash and wherein the cost of applying the grout can be reduced by substituting a urethane grout with PS ash, and PS ash can be effective used. SOLUTION: There are provided a process for grouting a two-package reactive grout comprising package A containing a polyol and package B containing an isocyanate into ground, which process comprises mixing package A with an inorganic fine powder such as paper sludge ash to form a wet powder, mixing the powder with package B just before application in a monopump 11 to form a slurry grout and pouring this grout into ground and an apparatus used for this process.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mechanize and simplify a forming operation of a water-permeable layer for construction, civil engineering such as tunnel construction by spraying a specific bubble-containing composition on a surface to be processed by a spraying equipment and forming the water-permeable layer. SOLUTION: This method for forming a water-permeable layer is to spray a bubble-containing composition, which contains particles such as silica sand, glass beads, etc., having 40-50vol.% voids, a binder such as an epoxy resin, etc., having 10-30vol.% voids and a sufficient amount of a foaming agent such as an anion surfactant, etc., capable of maintaining the mixture of the particles with the binder in a fluid state for spraying condition, onto a surface to be processed by a spraying equipment consisting of a hopper 10, a transporting means 20, a rotation means 23, a transporting hose 30 and a nozzle 40, etc., cure the binder and form a water-permeable layer having >=10 /sec water- permeation coefficient and >=5kgf/cm compressive strength.
