摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance method by a self-washing for a window glass which does not get wet with rain. SOLUTION: On the window glass 1, an ultra-hydrophilic surface treatment wherein a contact angle becomes less than 10 deg. is applied. Then, a sealing material on the outdoor side for a sash attaching section of the window glass 1 is constituted of an irregular sealing material wherein water-repellent components do not elute, or of a regular gasket 3 without the elution of water- repellent components. In addition, at both ends of a sash lower frame 2a, a drip 5, which has water returning mechanisms 5a and 5b such as a rising dam, and projects from an external wall by a specified amount, is provided. Then, cold air is jetted from the inside of the glass surface, and condensation is generated on the glass external surface. Thus, a water film is formed on the total surface, and dust and dirt are washed away.

SOLUTION: This two pack type polyurethane sealing member compsn. comprises a major component contg. a urethane prepolymer (A) and a curing agent contg. a polyether polyol (B) having a mol.wt. of 3,000 or more, and an average number of functional groups of 2.5 or more. The ratio (NCO)/(OH) of the isocyanate group (NCO) of the above urethane prepolymer to the hydroxyl group (OH) of the above polyether polyol ranges from 0.5 to 1.0. The compsn. does not substantially contain a plasticizer and a solvent.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a dweller to safely take refuge by constituting a frame body to install a steel door out of an inner frame and an outer frame, arranging a deformation absorbing mechanism actuated between them only at time of big earthquake, and maintaining an opening/closing function of the door even if a building frame is deformed. SOLUTION: A door outer peripheral frame 2 of a steel door 4 of a multiple dwelling house of a reinforced concrete structure, is doubly constituted of an outer frame 2a and an inner frame 2b, and is connected by a sliding mechanism 3 by arranging a sufficient clearance C between them. This sliding mechanism 3 is fastened by a bolt through a spring washer by superposing loose holes arranged in a plate-like part 2a' of the outer frame and a plate-like part 2b' of the inner frame, and is actuated only when earthquake external force not less than a certain magnitude is applied, and a deformation absorbing function operates. Even if a building frame 1 is deformed, its deformation is absorbed by the outer frame 2a, and influence is not exerted on the inner frame 2b, and the door 4 can be easily opened/closed and locked. Therefore, even in big earthquake, a dweller can safely take refuge, and a burglar-proof function can also be maintained.

The prescribed tensile strain is imparted to the surface layer 1 by applying an expansion displacement to the displacing element 4, by which absorption frequencies are arbitrarily controlled. Then, the dealing with specific frequencies is possible without entailing the change of the panel at all and the sound shielding effect particularly in a place where the frequencies fluctuates is obtd.

The clearance is sealed by the close contact of the tube 70 with the drip plate 72.
