摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reinforcing a flat slab against shear capable of easily carrying out bar arrangement work without interfering an upper end bar and a lower end bar with each other by approximately horizontally arranging a reinforcing bar against shear consisting of reinforcement and spiral reinforcement (or hoop) between the upper end bar and the lower end bar of the flat slab and progressively increasing shear proof strength (punching fracture proof strength) in the vicinity of a joint section between the flat slab and a column.
SOLUTION: A reinforcement bar against shear 8 having a height coming into contact with the upper end bar and the lower end bar between the upper end bar 4 of the flat slab 1 supported on the column and the lower end bar 5, is constituted by rolling the outer circumference of a plurality of parallel vertical reinforcing bars with the spiral reinforcement bar 7 or the hoop and has a length so as to sufficiently resist shear force, and it is approximately horizontally set by the arrangement crossing the shear fracture surface assumed as the flat slab with the column 10 as the center.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slim medium-rise or high-rise building by using HFC columns and HFC beams or the like comprising steel frames and reinforced concrete structures from which beam shapes are hardly or slightly exposed to the inside of rooms. SOLUTION: Seismic isolation means 3 are arranged between a footing 2 and a bottom supporting base body 2, an upper layer multi-layer building frame comprising HFC columns 10A to 10C, HFC beams 20A and 20B, a seismic wall 30 or a seismic brace wall framework or the like is constructed on the bottom supporting base body 4, a floor board is arranged between HFC beams or between an HFC beam and a seismic wall, both the ends of the floor board are directly supported by a top surface of a portion from the edge in the width direction of a flange at the bottom side of beam steel frame of the HFC beam or by a supporting surface of a floor plate receiving portion of a column in the seismic wall, the top surface and supported through interval holding members placed on the top surface or the supporting surface, and the slab 40 is formed on the upper side of the floor slab. Therefore, the seismic force acting to a medium-rise to a high-rise building can be considerably decreased by the seismic isolation means arranged between the foundation and the bottom supporting base body so that a medium-rise to high-rise building constructed slimly with HFC columns and HFC beams or the like can fully resist against the seismic force.

A precast concrete joint section 2(2a) is prepared. The precast concrete member 1 inserts a PC steel bar 6 or a strand in the sheath through the joint section 2, and post-tension is introduced to bind, connect and assemble.

摘要： PURPOSE: To improve the working efficiency and shorten the construction period, by laying a precasted concrete (PCa) beam onto a pillar, inserting a PC steel member into a sheathed pipe buried on the outer periphery of the pillar, pouring a charging material into the gap and carrying out press fitting through the tightening after hardening. CONSTITUTION: The top end shape of the joint end part 2 of a PCa beam 1 is supposed to the broken line part S having a thickness γfor securing the concrete covering which is necessary for the min. limit strength. The top end part is formed to the four equally divided shape in the nearly 45 deg. direction. Then, the contiguous inclined surfaces 3 are brought into contact, and four beams 1 are laid on the outside of a pillar 4. Then, the PC steel members 5 are inserted into a series of sheathed pipes. Then, a charging material 6 is poured into the gap (f) at the joint end part 2 between the beam 1 and the outside surface of the pillar 4. After the hardening, the PC steel members 5 in the sheathed pipe P1 -m1 -P1 are tightened, and fixed by a fixing plate 10 at the fixing positions K1 and K2 . All the forces are transmitted only to the pillar 4 through the charging material 6. Accordingly, the joint part can be made exceedingly simple, and the working efficiency can be improved, and the construction period can be shortened, and the construction cost can be reduced.
