CONSTITUTION:A luminance signal Y obtained from an output of a video detector 1 and a prescribed DC voltage EY deciding the brightness of a skin color are fed to a switch circuit 4. On the other hand, an output of a video amplifier 2 is fed to a synchronizing separator circuit 5, from which a signal SK being logical ''1'' at plural horizontal periods at the end of the vertical period is obtained. Moreover, a chrominance carrier signal SC obtained from an ouptut of the video amplifier 2 is fed to a color level adjusting circuit 10 and also to a burst gate circuit 12, from which a signal SF representing the phase of the skin color is obtained. Since the prescribed voltage EY is extracted from the switch 4 and the signal SF of the hue of skin color is extracted from a switch 11 at the period when the signal SK is logical ''1'', the hue is adjusted properly.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve stable vertical or horizontal synchronizing pulses from one collector regardless of input variance, by constituting a differential amplifier circuit with two transistors (TRs) applying the base a composite synchronizing pulse. CONSTITUTION:A luminance signal including a composite synchronizing pulse Pc is applied to a high gain amplifier 1 to obtain the composite synchronizing pulse Pc as shown in A through clipping. It becomes a signal Si at an integration circuit 2 and it is inputted to a TRQ2 via a transisistor (TR)Q1 and becomes a waveform Sd via a resistor R3, capacitor C2 and constant current source A2 and is inputted to the base of a TRQ4. The Si is inputted to the base of a TRQ5 constituting a differential amplifier with the TRQ4. While Si>Sd, the TRQ5 turns on and a pulse Sp is obtained at a resistor R4 with TRs Q6, Q7 forming a current Miller, and it is applied to an integration circuit 3 via a TRQ8 and inputted to a vertical oscillator 4 being a waveform Sj.
