摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make variable the length of the molded face width of a straight- line section of an inner frame and make one inner frame deal with various kinds of PC products. SOLUTION: An inner frame 12 of a PC product forming frame 10 is divided into corner sections and a straight-line section so that the frame is constituted of corner section frames 16 and the straight-line frames 18. Overlapping sections of the corner sections frames 16 and the straight-line section frames 18 are formed into the thin plate shape, and thin plate sections thus formed are brought into contact with slidably one another and overlapped. Varying mechanisms 19 such as turn buckles 20 or the like for varying the overlapping amount which are holdable on the varying positions are provided, and the varying mechanisms 19 are adjusted so as to vary the length of respective sides of the inner frame 12.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the unit price of a product as low as possible by making the width dimension of the forming face of an inner form variable so that one inner form can correspond to many kinds of prestressed concrete products of different dimensions. SOLUTION: An opening side of an outer form 14 is directed on the top side, and an inner form 12 is set therein with a specified clearance δ. Concrete 15 of high fluidity is placed in the clearance between the inner and outer forms 12, 14 to manufacture a rectangular prestressed concrete pipe P. The rectangular prestressed concrete pipe P is bisected to form U-shape prestressed concrete products P1, P2. The inner form 12 is formed by overlapping divided corner part forms 16 and plane part forms 18 so that each side is extensible, and provided with variable mechanism 19 for variably adjusting the overlap quantity to set and hold the side length of the inner form 12 to the desired value. At the time of setting the inner form 12 into the outer form 14, partition plates 32, 32 are provided in the concrete placing clearance δ of a pair of opposed sides 12a, 12b.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the labor of bar arrangement in cast-in-place concrete construction by integrating a steel-made box frame having shearing reinforcing function to the inside of a precast concrete-made form. SOLUTION: A concrete-made form body part 3 is integrally formed in a required thickness around a box frame 2 formed of a rectangular sectional steel plate to constitute a precast concrete-made column form 1. A cross separator 5 is arranged in multistage in the column form 1, and the outer end part is connected to a nut 5a. The completed column form 1 is carried to a construction site, and after reinforcements such as column main bars are built in the hollow part thereof, they are integrated by concreting in site to construct a column. The form body part 3 is firmly bonded to the cast-in-place concrete by an anchor bolt 4. Since the reinforcing effect according to the steel plate thickness of the box frame 2 is exhibited in the state integrated with the cast-in- place concrete, a shearing reinforcing bar or hoop is dispensed with.

Two circular plates 6 for rotationally driving are installed on the outer periphery sides of the outer form 1 so as to be seated on both the driving side drum 8 and the driven side drum 9 of a rotationally driving device 7 for the rotation of the form.
