摘要： PURPOSE:To easily measure the high specific gravity of kneaded earth with high accuracy by measuring a constant amount of kneaded earth which is sampled and being kneaded by a measure, a vibration device, and a leveling device, scaling the kneaded earth after the measurement, and measuring the high specific gravity by a controller. CONSTITUTION:The measuring instrument is equipped with a sampling device 1a which is fitted on the external surface of a mixer 2 and samples kneaded earth being kneaded, the measure 18 which is supplied with kneaded earth from the sampling device 1a in a heaping shape and has a vertical through hole, an opening and closing member 21 which opens and closes the lower end of the through hole, the vibration device 23 which vibrates the measure, the leveling device 29 which levels the kneaded earth in the measure after the vibration and control the kneaded earth in the through hole to constant value, a scaling device 30 which is supplied with the kneaded earth in the through hole after the leveling through the opening operation of the opening and closing member and scales the kneaded earth, and a controller which measures the high specific gravity of the kneaded earth on the basis of the volume of kneaded earth and a scaling signal from the scaling device and controls the high specific gravity of the kneaded earth. Consequently, the high specific gravity is easily measured with high accuracy during the kneading at a kneading site.

The green brick briquettes 1 are stacked successively with the surfaces adhered with the silver sand 3 as the contact surfaces.

摘要： PURPOSE: To make it possible to convey trucks in a flexible way at random by loading a truck on an unmanned conveying car self-traveling along a guide passage zone installed on a floor surface and conveying the car to a truck loading station, a truck unloading station, an outlet of a tunnel kiln, a truck service chamber, a cooling shelf and each stock shelf. CONSTITUTION: A truck 2 which comes out of an exit of a tunnel kiln 1 is conveyed to a cooling shelf 12 loaded on an unmanned conveying car 11 and loaded on the shelf and cooled naturally or forcedly cooled by air. A cooled article to be treated is stocked on a cooled truck stock shelf 13A for every truck 2. Then, a treated article is unloaded at an truck unloading station 14 according to an unloading sequence. An empty truck 2 is serviced at a service chamber if required and stocked on an untreated truck stock shelf 13B. This construction makes it possible to cut down a truck keeping space and load and take out an arbitrary truck easily and speedily.

A cutting tool which is removably mounted on the tool table is provided, and aligned with the nozzle brick by moving the tool table 30 in two directions orthogonal to each other, rotated by the rotating device while being inserted into the inner surface of the nozzle brick by the advancing/ retreating device 14, and the adhesion is removed by cutting the inner surface of the nozzle brick by means of the cutting tool.
