    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint part having excellent workability and high joining strength by embedding a joint member made of the fiber reinforced hardening material in a joining part of a pillar and a beam or a floor to be joined with the pillar, and providing the joint member with a pillar joining part extended toward the pillar integrally with a beam and floor joining part extended to the beam or the floor. SOLUTION: A joint member 3 is formed of a core part 3a made of the fiber reinforced hardening material, a reinforcement (beam and floor joining part) 3b extended from the core part 3a toward a beam 2, and a reinforcement (pillar joining part) 3c extended toward a pillar 1. The pillar 1 of the reinforcing concrete placed in the construction field and the joint member 3 are arranged in the joining part of the beam 2 and the floor, and a pillar reinforcement 1a and a beam reinforcement 1b are jointed with reinforcements 3b, 3b extended from the core part 3a, and framework is assembled in this condition, and concrete is placed into the framework so as to form the pillar 1 and the beam 2. With this structure, a joint part having excellent workability, durability is realized.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a pile to a sideways flow caused by liquefaction by displacing the pile constructed in the ground by following the sideways flow of the ground by an earthquake or the like in a structure such as a building constructed on the weak ground. SOLUTION: A pile 1 to support a structure is arranged between a bottom surface of a building, a footing beam B and a strong and hard support layer G1, and a head part and a lower end part restrain rotation by rigid joining, or are supported with a pin by a hinge J. Even if a sideways flow is caused in a liquefied layer G2 of the ground, the pile 1 is not damaged even if it is deformed so long as extreme fiber stress acting on the pile 1 does not exceeds an allowable stress of a pile material. When a deformation quantity of the pile 1 is set constant, a safety factor is in inverse proportion to the ratio of a Young's modulus of the pile, material to strength and a diameter of the pile 1. Therefore, since it is formed as a pile structure to satisfy this condition, the pile 1 can hold a function as a pile without being damaged by being deformed by following displacement of the ground. When a diameter of the pile 1 is reduced, an examination on buckling becomes necessary.
