摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire complete spectral data from a specimen rapidly and at low cost, using by a small-scaled device. SOLUTION: A channel 14, through which an object 16 capable of discharging photons moves, is formed. A plurality of detection members 54-60 are arranged along the channel 14, formed as a part of a flow-channel provided structure 12 so as acquire the data from the object 16 moving through the corresponding part of the channel 14. Each of the detection members 54-60 has a photosensor array comprising a single group of cells. Each of the cells detects the photons, belonging to the corresponding subrange among the photons discharged from the matter 16 during the movement through the corresponding part of the channel 14. At least two cells among a large number of cells detect the photons in separate subranges. SOLUTION: This device 200 comprises an inlet 212, an outlet 214, and a body defining a bottom wall 222 and a top wall 220 provided opposite to each other. The bottom wall 222 and the top wall 220 define an enlarged hollow part 216 that is at least partly extended to a part between the inlet 212 and the outlet 214. Further, this device comprises a traveling wave (TW) grid 240. The traveling wave grid 240 is disposed along the bottom wall 222 and is provided so as to transfer particles located close to the grid 240 to a collection wall 250, whereby a sample dispersed in a medium flowing is collected and enriched. The collected sample can be selectively treated within the cell using one or a plurality of travelling wave grids.
