摘要： PURPOSE:To attain quick correspondence at a fault by reporting a fault to a radio line controller when the fault of the radio connection device is detected based on a current consumption. CONSTITUTION:A radio connection device CE2 monitors a current consumption when a transmission circuit 23 is set, compares it with a predetermined stationary value and when the value is at the outside of the stationary value, a fault monitoring section 20 discriminates it as the fault of the transmission circuit 23 to send a fault signal to a radio line connector RCU. In case of the transmission circuit 23 reset, the current consumption is monitored, it is compared with the predetermined stationary value and if the current exceeds the value, the fault monitoring section 20 discriminates it as the fault of a reception circuit 24 to send a fault signal to the RCU. When the RCU receives the fault signal, the RCU raises an alarm to the manager of the RCU or the system to request the quick recovery of the fault.

When the carrier is detected 17, the control part 19 sends the carrier with the outgoing channel, a channel designating signal is transmitted at the time of receiving its own station calling signal from the radio telephone set, and a speech path is established. Namely, the control part 203 of each radio connection device 200 first enters a halt state with a reset signal from a radio connection device state controller 300 and enters a wait state in receiving a standby state movement indication signal from the state controller 300 in this halt state. Consequently, the radio line of the radio telephone set can be established by the simple constitution and method.

Thus, it is not required to provide the hardware for dial signal conversion for each CE and then the economical system is obtained.
