摘要： PURPOSE: To double a servo guard without providing an outside selection circuit by switching analog signal output to be valid and invalid using the result of self-diagnosis by means of a diagnosis means and the selection signal input from the outside. CONSTITUTION: An actual control valve opening degree signal 11 is inputted as a signal for feed back and actual opening data 11 and 19 are sent to a CPU through a digital path. At this moment, an analog signal 27 for controlling a control valve based on the valve opening command signal sent from a CPU through a digital path is made to be switched to be valid and invalid using the result of self-diagnosis by means of diagnosis means 14-18, 20-26, and 28-30 having a self-diagnosis function and the selection signal input from the outside. This constitution makes it unnecessary to make a D/A or A/D converter intervene between the CPU and a servo guard body and makes it possible to analysis the cause in a short time when a trouble occurs due to a satisfactory self- diagnosis function.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain stable control characteristics and improve responsiveness by providing a function generator which forms, across the line that a control deviation value is zero, dead zones, rate variation areas and rate limiting areas in both positive and negative directions in the case that a horizontal axis shows the control deviation value while the longitudinal axis shows a value of an opening setting signal. CONSTITUTION:A load command value is computed by a digital setting system 13 from a target load and a load variation ratio. The computed result is sent to a subtracter 14. A feedback signal in respect to a power generator is sent to the subtracter 14 through an averaging device 31. A control deviation signal is obtained through comparison of the computed value with the averaged output signal of the power generator. The control deviation signal is sent to a function generator 32. An increase/decrease command signal is directly obtained according to the control deviation signal for supplying to an opening setting counter 22. The increase/decrease command signal obtained by the function generator 32 is sent to an advance/delay compensation device 33 to compensate the delaying rate of response. The signal is then sent to the opening setting counter 22 to stabilize opening control of a valve.
