摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform a step-out separation with a high precision and a high speed, by collecting an actual unstable mode determined from online data with a table of the optimum step-out. separating point set, previously and determining the optimum separating point. CONSTITUTION:The optimum separating point is determined every assumed unstable mode from each information of operating conditions of generators 1A to 1C and branches (for example, transmission lines 3A to 3F and transformer) of an active power flow, and a table of the optimum separating point showing the correspondence with the unstable mode and the optimum separating point is previously prepared. Then, the optimum separating point of system is determined by collating the actual unstable mode determined from online data with the table of the optimum separating point after an accident occurs. Thus, a step-out separation with a high precision and a high speed can be performed even to a complicated power system.

The power supply system is judged stable if the kinetic energy is lower than the critical energy and the power supply system stabilizing unit 8 is stopped, whereas the system is judged instable if the kinetic energy is equal to or higher than the critical energy and stabilizing control signals are provided to generators 1A-1N to be interrupted thus stopping the power supply system stabilizing unit 8.

When electrical outputs from the generator groups 1A-1N are changed (reduced) only by a certain set value or more, the generation of the accidents of a short circuit and a ground fault is decided, the system stabilization controller 5 is brought to a start state, and stabilizing control can be executed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation accuracy, when calculating a virtual target edge phase angle using only own terminal information and calculating a generator constant by calculating a phase angle between the own terminal and the virtual target terminal, based on own terminal information that is measured while a system is oscillating. SOLUTION: A voltage value V1 and a current value at the measurement point of a power station of installing a system stabilization device are measured, and the absolute value of a current I for a voltage at a measurement point and a phase angle α are obtained using the data. When a line reactance XL has already been calculated, a phase angle β of a virtual target terminal for a current is obtained by the voltage value V1 of the measurement point, the line reactance XL, the current value I, and the current phase angle α. Otherwise a phase angle β of the virtual target terminal for a current is obtained by the current value V1 of the measurement point, a voltage value E2 of the virtual target terminal, and the phase angle α of the current. Then, a phase angle δof the virtual target terminal is obtained using the current phase angle αand the phase angle β (S1-S10).
