    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a heating toilet seat in a heated state only during the necessary time zone matching a user's pattern of life. SOLUTION: This device includes a time measuring means, a human body detecting means for detecting the presence of a user, an anticipating means for anticipating the time zone during which a user does not use a toilet according to outputs of the time measuring means and the human body detecting means, and a control means for performing current control according to the output of the anticipating means so that a heating toilet seat does not carry current during the time zone in which it is not used. In response to an output of the human body detecting means, the anticipating means which provides to the control means an output corresponding to the level of frequency of use set for each of time zones into which day is divided in predetermined time units sets high levels of frequency of use for the plurality of time zones around and including the time zone during which the output is given, and the levels of frequency of use in the time zones during which no outputs are provided from the human body detecting means are gradually lowered, so that the time zone during which the level of frequency of use is the lowest is set as the time zone during which the toilet is not used.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a heat exchanging efficiency by a method wherein a heat exchanger is constituted of a heat storage block, attached to the connecting surface of heat absorbing side and the like of a Peltier element, and a flow passage, through which a heat storage medium is circulated between the inside and the outside of the heat storage block. The heat exchanger 7 is constituted of a heat storage block 8, attached to the connecting surface 3a of the Peltier element 3, a flow passage 9, circulating heat storage medium, and a multitude of fins 10 while a pump 2 for circulating the heat storage medium, is interposed at the connecting part of the heat storage block 8 and a heat transfer pipe 9a in the flow passage 9. The heat storage block 8 is arranged in a ventilating route 5 of a ventilating fan 6 to effect heat exchange between air directly utilizing the heat storage block 8.

    • PURPOSE:To enable an armature to be applied to a biased spring load on an element such as an electromagnetic contactor, etc., without using an operating spring at all by a method wherein a permanent magnet with the magnetizing direction thereof almost in parallel with the travelling direction of a connecting and disconnecting part is arranged near the connecting and disconnecting part of an armature. CONSTITUTION:A coil 2 is wound around a piece of a yoke 1 of almost semicircular shape while an armature 3 has a pivotally supporting part 5 magnetically coupled with one end part of the yoke 1 as well as a connecting and disconnecting part 7 connecting and disconnecting to the other end part 8 of the yoke 1 by oscillation. A permanent magnet 4 is fixed to the other ends 8 and arranged near the connecting and disconnecting part 7 while the magnetizing direction of the permanent magnet 4 is almost in parallel with the travelling direction of the part 7 on the other hand the magnet 4 is formed longer than the travelling range of the part 7. In the resetting state of an electromagnet, the magnetic flux PHI1 of the permanent magnet 4 runs in the armature 3, the yoke 1 and an auxiliary yoke 9 while a partial magnetic flux PHI2 runs in the armature 3, the auxiliary yoke 9 but hardly attracting the armature 3 in the resetting direction thereof so that the armature 3 may be applied to any biased spring load without using any conventional operating spring at all.
