    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a plating metal body to be melted in plating liquid and reduce cost.SOLUTION: A galvanizing solution 31 is generated by retaining a plating metal body 100 in a cylindrical flow path member 33 in a cylindrical shape and flowing a plating solution 21 into the cylindrical flow path member 33 to contact the plating metal body 100. This enables uniform melting of the whole plating metal body 100, allowing for effective use of the plating metal body 100 without waste. Moreover, a concentration analyzing device 40 controls a flow rate of the plating solution 21 delivered to a zinc melting tank 30 by controlling the rotation speed of a pump 32, and thereby controlling the melting amount of zinc from the plating metal body 100.
