    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently control the temperature of a place where the temperature is controlled in a building by connecting the space under a floor on a ground part to the attic space of a building via a temperature-controlling medium circulation passage, and by providing a means for disturbing a part of a temperature-controlling medium layer so that the heat transfer property of the temperature-controlling medium layer existing at the ground part is improved. SOLUTION: In the part that is higher than a damper W2 under the floor of a building H, all of side walls and roofs other than a window W1 and a ridge damper W3 are in a double structure, and a temperature-controlling medium circulation passage 3 is constituted of a passage 31 between the external wall and the double side wall of a room R1, a passage 32 between the external wall except the window W1 and the double side wall, and a passage 33 between external walls of the rooms R1 and R2. Ridge space 1 is connected to space 2 under the floor via the passages 31-33. Also, a temperature-controlling medium circulation compulsion means 331 consisting of a blower 332 and a pipe part 333 is placed in the passage 33. Then, a disturbance means 6 is provided so that the temperature-controlling medium can be blown against the surface of a circumferential part 41 and/or the surface of a part 42 for utilizing the temperature of the earth.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the flickering in a television and a personal computer screens resulting from the operation of an electric wire for heat generation, by providing the electric wire for heat generation and an electromagnetic wave screening plate which can screen the electromagnetic wave that are generated from the electric wire for heat generation operated by a commercial power supply, and which is formed out of a magnetic material. SOLUTION: In a space which is formed out of a back plate 5 and an electromagnetic wave screening plate 2 that covers the top of the back plate 5, a heat insulating material 3 and the electric wire 1 for heat generation are built in. The electromagnetic wave screening plate 2 forms a box shape without the bottom consisting of the upper wall 21 and a side wall 22, and the electric wire for heat generation 1 is equipped meanderingly on the heat insulating material 3 to contact the lower surface of the upper wall 21 of the electromagnetic wave screening plate 2. The electric wire for heat generation 1 has a structure, in which conductors 11 and 12 are insulated by an electric insulating layer 13. The conductors 11 and 12 are electrically connected to each other at one end, and the other end is connected to a commercial power supply. Thereby, the flickering in a television and a personal computer screens due to the low frequency electromagnetic wave from the electric wire for heat generation is solved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the flickering in a television and a personal computer screens resulting from the operation of a heat generating electric wire by providing the heat generating electric wire in which a conductor for heat generation and a normal conductor twist each other through an electric insulating layer, and a magnetic plate for interrupting an electromagnetic wave that is generated from the heat generating electric wire. SOLUTION: A heat generating electric wire 1 has a structure in which a covered wire 13 having an electric insulating layer on a conductor 11 and the covered wire 13' having the electric insulating layer on the conductor 11' twist each other, and in which a sheath 14 is applied on the top. The heat generating electric wire 1 in a floor heating panel PA is fixed to the back of the upper wall 21 of a magnetic panel 2 in the form of meandering wiring, and also the conductors 11 and 11' both of which are exposed at one end are connected to the terminal of the power source outside the floor heating panel PA. On the other hand, the conductors 11 and 11' are electrically connected with each other by a press fitting sleeve 18 at the other end of the heat generating electric wire 1. Thereby, the flickering in a television or a personal computer screens due to the low frequency electromagnetic wave from the heat generating electric wire is solved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat transfer efficiency by a method wherein a pipe part at the uppermost position of an evaporating unit is positioned within the range of a height, lower than that of a pipe part at the uppermost position of a condensing unit, and another height, slightly lower than the position of another pipe part at the lowermost position of the condensing part. SOLUTION: A pipe part E1 at the uppermost position of an evaporating part E is positioned within a range between a position, lower than the pipe part G1 at the uppermost position of a condensing unit G and another position, slightly lower than the pipe part G4 at the lowermost position of the condensing part G. According to this method, a part of the condensing part G is also functions as the receiving part of operating liquid L when the heat pipe is not operated whereby it becomes not necessary that the inside of a connecting pipe C1 is filled with the operating liquid L. Accordingly, the level of the operating liquid can be positioned so as to be lower than the position of the pipe part E1 at the uppermost position of the evaporating part E. Therefore, a space, in which the operating liquid L does not exist, is generated in the pipe part E1 at the uppermost position of the evaporator E and the inside of the pipe part E1 at the uppermost position of the evaporating part E functions as the evaporating surface of the operating liquid L whereby the evaporating area of the operating liquid L is increased and heat transfer efficiency becomes sufficient.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a labor for attaching a temperature measuring means to a floor material at the working site of a heat storage type floor heating device, simplify the working at site remarkably and realize sure floor temperature measurement while eliminating the anxiety of mounting by a method wherein the temperature measuring means is attached integrally to the floor material. SOLUTION: A floor material 1, formed of a backer floor material 12 and a flooring 11, is extended on floor joists 6, 6. In this case, an engraved section 5 for installing a temperature measuring means 4 is provided on the rear surface of the flooring 11 while the temperature detecting unit 41 of the temperature measuring means 4 is inserted into a hole 51 and a lead wire 42 is extended along the inside surface of a groove 52 to fix the same to the inside surface of the groove 52 through a multitude of U-nails having an electric insulation layer. Two pieces of block type heat storage materials 2 are arranged between respective floor joists 6, 6 under a condition that they are superposed up-and-down while a heating means 3, formed of a flat plate type electric heater, and a heat generating temperature measuring means 30 are pinched between the block type heat storage materials 2. Accordingly, sure floor temperature measurement can be effected and necessary heating can be effected economically even in severe climate in winter.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform freezing prevention and snow melting at a low running cost by a method wherein a heat accumulation body and a heat generation body partitioned into a plurality of sections are installed under a road and control is effected in such a manner that a section to generate heat and a section to stop the generation of heat are changed at intervals of a given time. SOLUTION: A heat accumulation body 3 and a heat generating body 4 divided into a plurality of sections are arranged in such a manner to cover a crushed stone layer 2 on a foundation material layer 1 therewith and protected by a protection layer 5 comprising a mortar layer 5a and a dry mixing mortar layer 5b and a surface material layer 6 is formed to form a road. The heat accumulating body 43 is formed in such a manner to a black gas pipe 40A with a paraffin material, a linear heater or a planar heater is used for the heat generating body 4, and the sections are independent from each other to control energization. When a signal from a temperature sensor 7 is reduced to a value lower than a given threshold, an energization control part blocks energization to a part of the sections of the heat generation part 4 and starts energization to a remaining section. By varying a part where energization is blocked to, in order, the adjoining section, a power required for snow melting and freezing prevention of the road is decreased.
