    • PURPOSE: To suppress the generation of a beat sound, and to obtain a stabilized movement by a method wherein a shading coil is attached to an armature and the fixing part of the shading coil is provided on the part other than the surface opposing to an iron core. CONSTITUTION: A coupling part is provided along the side of a magnetic pole surface 1a on a shading coil 6 when an armature 5 is attracted to the magnetic pole surface 1a of a core 1, other end is positioned almost in the center of the widthwise direction of the core 1, and one end is provided on the position deviated from the magnetic pole surface 1a. When an AC current is applied to a coil 3, the magnetic flux, which is smoothed by the shading coil 6, flows on a magnetic path, and the magnetic attraction force, which works between the core and the armature 5, is increased by the spring energizing force, the armature 5 is attracted to the magnetic pole surface 1a of the core 1, and the armature 5 returns to its original state when the application of current to the coil 3 is stopped. Accordingly, the magnetic pole surface between the core 1 and the armature 5 is not roughened by the fixing of the shading coil 6.

    • PURPOSE:To enable close contact of bonding surfaces when an iron core or yoke is distorted and warp is generated in the bonding surfaces, and reduce the magnetic resistance of a coupling part, by forming an uneven part which can be crushed by pressing, on at least one of the bonding surfaces of the iron core or the yoke which is magnetically coupled by compression-deforming. CONSTITUTION:A coupling hole 2b having an inner diameter conforming to the outer diameter of a coupling protrusion 1a of an iron 1 is formed on one segment 2a of a yoke 2. A knurl type uneven part 2d is formed on a bonding surface 2c inside the yoke so as to surround the coupling hole 2b. A coupling protrusion 1a of the iron core 1 is inserted into the coupling hole 2b so as to protrude. The tip of the protrusion 1a is compression-deformed and subjected to caulking process, thereby magnetically coupling the iron core 1 and the yoke 2. Hence when warp is generated in each bonding surface of the iron core 1 or the yoke 2, the warp is absorbed by the uneven part 2d capable of being crushed, and the bonding surfaces can be brought into contact with each other.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten a return time more than that in the case where a diode for absorbing a counter-electromotive voltage of a coil is connected. CONSTITUTION:A first coil 2 wound around an iron core 1 and a second coil 4 wound around a yoke 3 are connected to each other via a diode 8 so as to form a closed circuit, where both coils 2, 4 are such wound that the direction of a magnetic flux flowing in the yoke 3 becomes contrary to that of a current flowing in the closed circuit in the forward direction of the diode 8. If a switch 10 turns off an electric power source 9 for magnetizing the first coil 2, a counter-electromotive current of the first coil 2 causes the second coil 4 to be magnetized, thus generating a magnetic flux for reducing the residual magnetic flux. Attraction force acts when a tailing portion 5c of an armature 5 abuts against the yoke 3, so that the magnetic flux forms a closed magnetic circuit. Consequently, the armature 5 can easily be released from the iron core 1, and a return time can be shortened more than that in the case where only a diode for absorbing a counter-electromotive voltage of a coil is connected.

    • PURPOSE:To double the number of output pulses with respect to the number of input pulses. CONSTITUTION:An armature 3 is turnably supported in the approximately center portion 3a thereof by the end 22c of a yoke 22. One end 3c of the armature 3 is energized by a return spring 3d while the other end 3b thereof is released from an iron core 1. Furthermore, the tip of a movable contact spring 4 is pressingly driven, where a movable contact 4a is separated from a fixed contact 4d. When one input pulse is applied to a coil 2, the whole operation of attraction and release in one cycle in the armature 3 is carried out with respect to the iron core 1 and the movable contact spring 4 is driven alternately at both ends 3b, 3c. Consequently, one output pulse of separation after the movable contact 4a is brought into contact with the fixed contact 4d is generated in each operating process of attraction and release, whereby two output pulses in total can be generated in one process of the whole operation.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly and to perform it surely by mounting contact pieces on one side or on both sides of a base having an almost U-shaped section so as to form a contact block and inserting a contact spring or the like between the base opposing pieces of the block for pinching and fixing it. CONSTITUTION:A COM movable contact 10 is so composed that a contact block 15, in which contact pieces 14 are fitted on both sides of a base 13 whose sectional form is nearly U-shaped is interposed between one side ends of a contact spring 16 for being pinched fixed. This contact block 15 is inserted through the contact spring 16 to be pinched between the opposing pieces 13a, 13a of the base 13 in order to inwardly bend the ends of the base opposing pieces 13a, 13a facing each other to fix them together in caulking. Accordingly, by making the sectional form of the base 13 nearly U-shaped, contact parts can be simply mounted on both sides of one base 13 so as to rationalize formation of double-heated contacts. Thereby, it is required for simplifying assembly only to insert and pinch the contact spring between the opposing pieces of the base.
