A circuit is electrically interrupted by the antiresonance circuits 23 and 25, the radio waves of a first frequency f1 are excited by a system composed of the straight conductor 21 and the disk conductor 22, the radio waves of a second frequency f2 are excited by the system from the straight conductor 21 to the ring-like conductor 24 and the radio waves of a third frequency f3 are excited by the system from the straight conductor 21 to the ring-like conductor 26.
