    • PURPOSE:To provide the reduced noise and thickness of a small-sized axial and mixed flow blowers, and. improve pressure characteristics. CONSTITUTION:Because the front edge 8 and the rear edge 8b of a blade 8 are made to be a protruding curve on the downstream side, the meridian sectional shape of the blade 8 declines toward the downstream side around a hub 7, and inclines toward the upstream side at, the chip side when a blade wheel 6 is rotated around a rotating shaft. Because the inclination of the blade 8 is made larger on the chip side where flow rate and centrifugal force are high, the effect of restraining the development, of a border layer becomes large. Besides, because the blade rear edge 8b is formed into the curve with protruding part on the downstream side, the blade rear edge protrudes toward the downstream side from the line linking the hub and the downstream edge of an orifice even when the downstream edge of the orifice 9 is made to meet the downstream edge of the chip. With this constitution, force to send the flow toward the downstream side of the orifice 9 becomes stronger, thus it is possible to improve side of the orifice 9 becomes high load even when the air amount and the low noise are realized by using a thin orifice 9.

    • PURPOSE:To get a substantial reduction of operating noise of a micro-wave heating device by a method wherein a sound absorption material is applied to a wall surface of a machine chamber within a main body, noise generated at a blower is absorbed within the main body and radiation from an air inlet is reduced. CONSTITUTION:A heating chamber 14 for heating a heated item, a microwave oscillator comprising of a magnetron 15 for supplying a high frequency to the heating chamber 14 and of a high frequency oscillation circuit 16, a blower 17 for cooling the high frequency oscillator and a control circuit 18 for controlling the high frequency oscillator and the control circuit 18. Noise absorption material 21 composed of foamed material is arranged at a wall surface of a machine chamber A for storing the high frequency oscillator, control circuit 18 and the blower 17. Noise generated at the blower is absorbed within the main body frame to reduce radiation from the air inlet and further operating noise of the micro-wave heating device is reduced. In addition, dispersion of material is prevented by using foamed material as the sound absorbing material and the safety is substantially improved.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a floor mounting type hot air heater in which a uniform distribution of indoor temperature can be attained even in an environment where furnitures are placed, a comfortable environment can be assured and it has a safety characteristic for automatically stopping the operation of the hot air heater in the case that something is erroneously placed near the hot air heater. CONSTITUTION:A hot air heater is so constructed that a hot air blowing part 6 is disposed on the front surface of a main body 5 having a heating source and an air blower, an air intake part 8 is arranged on the back surface, a distance sensor 7 is installed at a front surface of the main body, a temperature sensor 9 is placed near the air intake part 8 and some right and left deflection vanes 10 for varying the air flow direction are provided at the hot air blowing part 6. The direction where an obstacle is placed at the farthest location is detected by the distance sensor 7, the right and left varying vanes are directed toward that direction and at the same time in the case that the heater is operated too near obstacles for a long period of time, the operation of the hot air heater is stopped under the control of the control means, thereby a uniform distribution of temperature in the room can be attained and the safety characteristic of the device is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To blow hot air into an upper direction and a lower direction, strike both flows against a ceiling to form a lateral flow and enable a rapid heating of a slant forward region of a hot air heater to be attained by a method wherein the blowing part is divided at a central part, the right and left divided parts can be independently rotated and then upper and lower deflecting vanes fixed in a horizontal direction are provided. CONSTITUTION:A heat source and a blower are stored in a main body and a blowing part 2 is provided with the upper and lower divided right and left deflecting vanes, i.e., a vane A7 and a vane B8 for changing a direction of hot air. When raised, the divided right and left upper and lower deflecting vanes 7 and 8 are separately controlled. One vane 7 is used for a downward blowing and the other vane 8 is used for an upward blowing. Both upper and lower deflecting vanes 7 and 8 are rotated vertically at a specified period, thereby a heating operation is carried out while an entire room is being agitated. As a sensing temperature of the temperature sensor 5 reaches a set temperature, both upper and lower two deflecting vanes 7 and 8 are directed downwardly and at the same time the combustion amount is reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a uniform distribution of temperature in a horizontal direction and get a comfortable heating space by a method wherein a main body of a heater is provided with temperature sensors at both side surfaces thereof and a hot air blowing part is provided with a hot air deflecting means for varying an air blowing direction in response to a detected temperature of each of the temperature sensors. CONSTITUTION:A blower and a heat source are stored within a main body 5 of a heater. A rear surface of the heater is provided with an air intake port 7. Both side surfaces are provided with temperature sensors 8a and 8b. A hot air blowing part 6 is provided with rightward or leftward deflection vanes 9 acting as a hot air deflecting means. The rightward or leftward deflection vanes 9 are controlled in such a way as the air direction may be automatically changed in response to temperatures detected by temperature sensors 8a and 8b. Air is blown straight if there is hardly difference in temperatures at two locations detected by the temperature sensors 8a and 8b and if the temperature difference is increased, the rightward or leftward deflection vanes 9 are directed to a lower temperature side and then hot air is fed to a low temperature region. Accordingly, a temperature difference between a right side and a left side 10 a room is detected, hot air is concentrically sent to the lower temperature side to eliminate a distribution of temperature in a horizontal direction so as to perform a controlling to keep a mean temperature in a room, so that a comfortable heating space can be attained.

    • PURPOSE:To get an air blasting device of large air capacity and low noise within a wide range from a low pressure zone to a high pressure zone by specifying thickness of an orifice surrounding an impeller, and also by arranging stationary blades in a suction side of an orifice in the radial direction so as to be axial symmetry with respect to a rotary axis. CONSTITUTION:An impeller 1 is directly connected to a rotary shaft of a motor 2, and an orifice 3 and stationary blades 4 are arranged around the impeller 1. The orifice 3 is set so that its thickness is about 30% of the axial height of the impeller 1, and surrounds a periphery of a blowing-off side of the impeller 1. Stationary blades 4 are provided on a suction side surface of the orifice 3, and the plural stationary blades 4 are arranged almost radially and to be axial symmetry. In a low pressure zone, for example air flow (a) is produced in which the air flows in, not only from a front face of the suction side of the impeller 1 but also from its periphery. If this suction air flow (a) is observed from the front face of the impeller, this flow is almost radial flow, and flows along the stationary blades 4. Consequently, suction area can be taken large. So, it is possible to get large air capacity and low noise level.

    • PURPOSE:To restrain the vibration of a blade, noise and the break away of a stream on a blade surface, by forming a bead on the suction side surface of a blade with the start and end points of the bead being located on the hub side of the fore edge of the blade and on the tip side of the back edge of the blade, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of blades 13 are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of a hub 12 so as to form an impeller 11. Orifices are arranged at the periphery of the impeller, surrounding the latter. Further, a boss 15 is formed in the center section of the hub 12, and is connected to a motor 16 for driving the impeller 11. A linear edge 17 is formed on the suction side surface (negative pressure surface) of the blade 13, having the a start point 17a located in the vicinity of the hub 12 side on the fore edge 13a of the blade 13 and continuing smoothly from a start point 17a to an end point 17b near to the tip side 13c on the back edge of the blade 13. With this arrangement, it is possible to use the bead 17 as a reinforcement for the blade 13 and as a vortex generator for restraining the break away of a stream.
