    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microreactor used for nucleic acid inspection and capable of quickly, highly reliably and highly sensitively analyze, and to provide an inspection device.
      SOLUTION: This nucleic acid inspection device is a system structure which separately has a chip component used for each specimen and loading elements for reagents/liquid-sending systems, and a control/detection component as an inspection device main body. Thereby, cross-contamination, carry-over contamination, and insufficient amplification or error amplification are hardly caused on a fine amount analysis and an amplification reaction. In this microreactor structure, nucleic acid non-adsorbing beads are held in a passage at a nucleic acid amplification site in which the nucleic acid amplification reaction is carried out. When the nucleic acid is amplified, the beads are moved in the passage to enhance the amplification efficiency of the amplification, thereby enabling the highly reliable and highly sensitive analysis in a short time.
