摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hot-dip coated steel sheet without having non-coated position by using a steel sheet treated with pre-rolling and pickling as an original sheet for plating. SOLUTION: After cold-rolling the hot-rolled steel sheet at >=10% rolling reduction, brushing and pickling are executed for descaling, and, after executing a weak oxidizing treatment, a reduction heating is executed and the hot-dip coating treatment is applied. The pickling condition is set to 5-20 mass % hydrochloric acid concn., 80-95 deg.C solution temp. and 2-45 sec pickling time. The weak oxidizing treatment is executed in 1-1.2 air/fuel ratio and at 500-750 deg.C heating temp. of the steel sheet. The reduction heating is executed in H2-N2 atmosphere of 5-75 vol.% in H2 concn., at 500-850 deg.C heating temp. and for 10-70 sec heating time. The hot-dip coated steel sheet without having the non-coated position caused by smut, can be produced in good productivity.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the coating weight with high responsiveness by eliminating error factors derived from unevenness or fluctuation in thickness of a coated steel strip to measure the coating weight with excellent accuracy. SOLUTION: X-ray generators 21f, 21b are provided opposite to face side and back side of a hot dip metal coated steel strip S1 between top rolls 13, 14 in which the hot dip metal coated steel strip S1 delivered from a pot 10 travels, in a horizontal direction, and elevating/lowering rolls 23f, 23b are arranged on the opposite side. Inlet side straightening rolls 24f, 24b, and outlet side straightening rolls 25f, 25b are provided before and behind the X-ray generators 21f, 21b. The elevating/lowering rolls 23f, 23b are moved so that the distance to the surface of the steel strip measured by distance sensors 22f, 22b is constant, and the coating weight is calculated from the quantity of the fluorescent X-ray to be generated through X-ray irradiation.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the dross-like surface defect which arises by falling of evaporated zinc and adhering thereof to a strip by providing the upper side of a snout near the bath surface of a plating device with a gag-shaped part and solidifying the evaporated zinc in this gag-shaped part. SOLUTION: The upper side of the part where the strip A passes in the position near the bath surface of a snout 1 of the galvanizing device is provided with the gag-shaped part 1b. This gag-shaped part 1 b is provided with a cooling mean 2 incorporating a heat exchange pipe and cooling water is passed through the pipe of this cooling mean 2 to cool the bag-shaped part 1b and to solidify the evaporated zinc. The solidified zinc falls onto the bath surface of the snout 1. A partition plate 3 is disposed to prevent the adhesion of the fallen zinc (dross) to the strip A and molten metal flow is generated by a discharge pipe 4 from a discharge pump. The suspended dross is withdrawn along the motion metal flow to the suction pipe to a suction pump, by which the dross is sucked way. As a result, the galvanized steel sheet having excellent surface appearance is obtd. without the adhesion of the dross to the strip.

These values are thereafter passed through load distribution tables 40a to 40d and are made into the control target values of a fuel controller 54a and an air controller 57a so that fuel and air are supplied at prescribed flow rates to a burner 60a.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize a cooling device for band metal which has high responsiveness and can cope with the large variation of cooling load. CONSTITUTION:Plural stages of nozzles 25-28 are arranged in order in the running direction of the band steel 12, and cooling water is supplied through stop valve 31-34 in each stage. The temp. of the band steel is detected at the downstream side in the running direction of the last stage of the nozzle 28 and the stop valve in each stage is selectively controlled to open/close so that this detected temp. becomes the preset temp. By using such the stop valve, the responsive speed can be improved in comparison with the constitution using a flow rate control valve displacing a valve body corresponding to the flow rate. Further, as number of the stages is easily changed, even if the large variation of the cooling load is generated, the band metal can be kept to the accurate set temp.

摘要： PURPOSE:To remove the oxide film on the surface of a steel strip and to improve the adhesiveness of chromate and paint in a line for executing painting and baking after surface prepn., cleaning, drying and chromate treatment by executing brushing using an alkali liquid prior to the surface prepn. CONSTITUTION:The steel strip 10 is first introduced into a brushing stage 20a, where the alkali soln. is injected from injection nozzles 31 provided respectively on; for example, the front and rear surfaces of the steel strip 10, to the boundary between brushing rolls 32 and the steel strip 10 toward the transportation direction of the steel strip 10. The brushing mechanism consists of the brushing rolls 32 and back up rolls 33. The rolls 32 brush the plated surfaces of the steel strip 10 to the extend of not flawing the surfaces and remove the oxide films cooperatively with the alkali soln. NaOH, NaCO3, sodium phosphate, etc., are adequate as the alkali soln. The steel strip 10 is subjected to warm rinsing 20b after the stage 20a and is subjected to the surface prepn. 21, rinsing 22, warm rinsing 23, drying 24, chromate treatment 25, drying 26, painting 27, and baking 28; thereafter, the steel strip is transported to the outside.
