摘要： PURPOSE: To enable the prevention of rotting of excrements while allowing the lowering of smell with the refrigerating thereof by providing a tray housing device having a tray to which the excrements are introduced from a toilet and a refrigerating device for freezing the excrements in the tray. CONSTITUTION: A portable toilet has a toilet 12 set on a base 10 and the base 10 is integrated with a tray housing device 16 housing a tray 14 and a refrigerating device setting chamber 20 having a refrigerating device 18 set. A receiving port 26 is provided facing an discharge port 24 of a bowl 22 on the top surface of the tray housing device 16 and the side thereof forms a takeoff port 28 of the tray 14 to be provided with a door 30. A cooling coil 32 is provided surrounding the tray housing device 16 and a refrigerant is passed from the refrigerating device 18 to cool the inside of the tray housing device 16. An opening-closing lid 36 for opening or closing the discharge port 24 is allowed to be opened or closed being driven with a motor 38. After the contents in the tray 14 are frozen, the door is opened, the tray 14 is taken out to be carried to toilet room or the like and then, the frozen object is discarded into the toilet or the like.

The C coating layer remaining after the reaction can be easily removed by heat-treating the substrate at about 600 deg.C. By this method, a dense and uniform AlN layer free of impurities is easily formed.

In this case, when feces enters in the trap 5, the detection signal of a weight sensor 9 increases relatively at high speed and in the case of urine, it increases relatively slow, so that the feces and the urine can be identified by rising inclination of changes in its detection signal.
