CONSTITUTION: At the time of non-supplying of fuel such as a parking time of a vehicle, the evaporative fuel guided by an evaporative fuel guide pipe 38 is adsorbed by the adsorbent in first adsorbent layers 291 , 292 and a second adsorbent layer 30. In such a canister, the first adsorbent layers 291 , 292 and the second adsorbent layer 30 are elastically held by a spring 32 between first filters 241 , 242 , a second filter 25 and a third filter 28. At this stage, an inclination hindering part 211 is provided in a casing main body 17 with a space, which nearly corresponds to the space between the third filter 28 and the partitioning wall 19, between the third filter 28. Even in the case where the third filter 28 and the support plate 27 try to be inclined around a part corresponding to the partitioning wall 19, the inclination is hindered, and a fall of the adsorbent to a third chamber 31 with the inclination of the third filter 28 and the support plate 27 can be securely prevented so as to maintain the adsorbing efficiency.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil feed pipe for a fuel tank which can smoothly feed oil. SOLUTION: The oil feed pipe 2 with one end thereof connected to the fuel tank 1 and with an oil feed gun insertion part 4 provided on the other end thereof has a double pipe structure comprising a small diameter pipe 5 of the diameter substantially as large as that of the oil feed gun 3 and a large diameter pipe 2a to surround the small diameter pipe so as to form a flow passage 6 to allow the fuel overflowing from the small diameter pipe to flow as the oil is fed between the small diameter pipe and the large diameter pipe. The high flow rate of the fuel in the small diameter pipe can be kept when the fuel is fed, and the fuel in the entire fuel pipes can be sucked into the fuel tank by the merging with the fuel which overflows from the small diameter pipe and flows in the flow passage between the small diameter pipe and the large diameter pipe at an open end part on the tank side of the small diameter pipe.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an oil feed pipe or a vaporized fuel return pipe from being broken by any deformation of the oil feed pipe accompanied by the deviation or the assembly work caused by fitting errors between a connection part on a body panel side of the oil feed pipe and a fuel tank. SOLUTION: One end of the oil feed pipe 4 and one end of the return pipe 7 to return the air mixed with fuel vapor are connected to an upper part of the fuel tank 3, the other end of the oil feed pipe 4 is connected to the body panel 6 via an oil feed gun insertion part 5, and the other end of the return pipe is connected to the oil feed gun insertion part 5. A loop-shaped buffer part 8 in plan view is provided on a middle part of the oil feed pipe, and a similar buffer part for the return pipe is also provided on a middle part of the return pipe. Even when the fuel tank is displaced during the assembly, and the oil feed pipe is deformed by the relative displacement between the connection part on the body panel side of the oil feed pipe and a connection part on the fuel tank side, the deformation can be absorbed by the buffer part, and the oil feed pipe is not broken.     • PURPOSE: To avoid the inclination of a support plate and to prevent the lowering of the absorbing efficiency by engaging projecting and recessed parts, which are provided in the inner surface of a casing, with recessed and projecting parts, which are provided in the periphery of the support plate, freely to be slid in the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION: At the time of non-supplying of fuel such as a parking time of a vehicle, the evaporative fuel guided by an evaporative fuel guide pipe 38 is adsorbed by the adsorbent in a first adsorbent layer 29 and a second adsorbent layer 30. In such a canister, the first adsorbent layer 29 and the second adsorbent layer 30 are elastically held by a spring 32 between a first filter 24, a second filter 25 and a third filter 28. At this stage, since plural fitting projecting parts 421 , 422 , which are provided in the inner surface of a casing main body 171 , are fitted in plural recessed parts 431 , 432 , which are provided in the periphery of the support plate 271 , through the support plate 271 can move in the direction for compressing both the adsorbent layers 29, 30 within the casing main body 171 , the change of the posture of the support plate 271 , to the inclination side is hindered. Consequently, the fall of the adsorbent to a third gas chamber 31 with the inclination of the third filter 28 and the support plate 27 can be securely prevented.
